Orcas Island has great trails as well. All that driftwood and trees are scary. They are brought down by the rivers when it rains heavy, which is a good reason not to travel at night. The San Juan Islands are known for those awful rocks that are hidden in the water. Thanks for visiting my state. I moved here 33 years ago from South Carolina in the month of August. The locals were complaining of a temp of 80 degrees. Now I am one of those wimps! 55 degrees has me wearing shorts and Keens!
What a Total Fun Kick. I sailed on the Moki Mak for 2 weeks and got my 101, 103, 104 and 114 certifications. Absolutely LOVED the San Juans. That water is so freaking cold though. We carried vests even in the dingy. Can't wait to see more of the journey ... jonesing for the next one.
Love the Pacific Northwest. Grew up on Whidbey Island and I’ve been landlocked for 27 years in Colorado. Coming out this summer to charter with San Juan Yacht Charters and going to charter their 52 Seahorse. Bringing out some great friends from Colorado to show them the San Juan Islands. Love this series 👍.
We just want to say thank you to all of your boys for not cussing in the videos because our families do watch and we do care and we will be praying for you all
Welcome to the PNW, it my by sunny, but as long as you sit in the shade it will be cold. I spend six years of my life there. I was so happy to get back to Texas where it was much warmer.
That is one of the most spectacular areas in the world. I'd retire there, if I had the funds. I have very fond memories of that whole area, up the inside passage. All the little spots are amazing.
Jetty is quite the dog on the ocean. It's very, very hard to make bad Hawaiian pizza (my favorite). I haven't played pick-up sticks since the late 1960s. That boat is very nice.
So happy to see the video of you guys in our backyard (the Puget Sound). I hope you have fond memories except for the bike issue. We will be heading up to Sucia Island this summer.
It must have been nerve wracking to rent a boat. I know how paranoid I felt renting a car, and a boat is almost "normal" for things to break. Plus you are trusting equipment you don't know, that it will start and perform. But you have each other. Sierra, you are so practical and Billy, you can fix anything. That makes me happy for you guys. This was an enjoyable episode full of beautiful views. Thanks for sharing. Peace & Prayers out.
The shoreline is always full of huge driftwood. Amazing! There is a crisp, unique fragrance to the air. It is expensive to live there, but an excellent place to visit.
Jetty is an old girl, but still looks good. Never forget episode when she was in the water and Sara layed an egg. I know the panic..I also am a dog lover. Btw, congratulations on the new Kat!
Great to see you back on the boat; thoigh the camper life videos were cool. Wonderimg when you'll have restock sizes of med and large "work like a captain..." t-shirts??
I must say I thoroughly enjoy your guys’s content and so glad to of stumbled upon your channel just because I of some dinghy video searching . Since I live in the south Puget sound area, and just getting into sailing myself it has been so nice seeing your Truck camping series of you guys coming across and hitting the Oregon coast on up and seeing a lot of the sights I’ve seen and been to myself and places I haven’t also yet giving some future travel ideas. Good luck, safe travels, and looking forward to all your journeys!!
Love your videos! But going from Rhode Island to the south shore of LI in cold bad weather in the little Boston Whaler still is my all time favorite. Good luck next week you kids!
That is my old stomping ground. Spend my childhood days boating from our home in AK to OR WA and northern CA. I am in the East Coast now, it has it's beauty, but not like there
well done - noice and one episode closer to the new boat - the factory has reopened - maybe an update hmmm not here but in an episode - stay safe and enjoy
I like most of the comments on this video could hear the pure joy in your voices about getting back on the water. In regards to the negative comment that I read, no matter who you are or what you do there will always be haters, what a terrible attitude to have.
Billy, @ 01:38, I am surprised to see you walking around on a white boat with black soled shoes and not boat shoes. Oh well, back to watching your adventures!
Born in Bellingham. My mom was born and raised on Lummi Island, my grandma was a logging camp cook and grandpa was a logger. We are talking hand tools here people. Yes I'm old.
I bet you guys are happy to be back on the water, I think it's where you belong. Looking forward to more Puget Sound adventures. Keep the good stuff coming guys.
So good to see you guys on the water. Brings many memories back sailing in and around the San Juan islands, I hope you will enjoy your exploration I think you will want to come back again and again!!!! God bless and good sailing ⛵️
Are you going to be able to survive the luxury of your new boat? I was hoping for some more offhand remarks comparing life on the Seawind to Adrenaline. Maybe later?
Welcome to Washington! So nice to see you stomping around in my hood, or at least areas familiar to me. Lifelong Washingtonian. Are you familiar with any of the local TH-cam sailing channels of other cruisiers/adventurers such as yourselves?
Look out Sierra the boat "P'd" on you lol - The pizza looked just fine ( looked yummy ) & I think if it were bad Billy wouldn't be wolfing it down unless he was starving :)
Besides space what are some things that you like better on this cat then in the corsair-880 and are there a few things on the corsair-880 that you like better than in this cat
It ain't the oven that's funky, it's that funky pizza you put in it.......pineapple don't go on pizza! You guys need to go and checkout Leo in Port Townsend with the Sampson Boat Company TH-cam Channel. He's rebuilding a 110 year old sailing yacht from the ground up. They're located around the corner from the Blue Moose Cafe if you want to drop in. I gotta warn you though, bring your work clothes if you go because he'll put you all to work!
Sampson Boat Company and Sailing Magic Carpet are both in the Port Towsend area. If Billy & Sierra have a chance to met up with either it would probably making some interesting video bits for both channels.
Shoulda planned it so ya hit up here in the NW in summer! heh heh heh Stupid cold weather. When/if you guys pop over the Cascades on your way back East, I'd love to meet up with ya and buy ya lunch or something. Jetty could meet a new running buddy.
Yaaay back at sea!!!
I love Billys enthusiastic expression of excitement. Lol
Orcas Island has great trails as well. All that driftwood and trees are scary. They are brought down by the rivers when it rains heavy, which is a good reason not to travel at night. My favourite cat and dog channel.
I grew up in Bellingham. It truly is an incredible place. I'm glad you enjoyed it
Great music that flows great with the content! You 3 belong on the water! Looking forward to when you take ownership of your own Seawind!
Good to see you enjoying being on the water
What a Total Fun Kick. I sailed on the Moki Mak for 2 weeks and got my 101, 103, 104 and 114 certifications. Absolutely LOVED the San Juans. That water is so freaking cold though. We carried vests even in the dingy. Can't wait to see more of the journey ... jonesing for the next one.
Such a great boat!! Can’t wait to share more!

These Seawinds are amazingly beautiful and sleek. Can't wait for your next video!
Finally a Seawind video !
Thanks for sharing !
Lovely day on the water! Nice to see ya back! Beautiful smiles
So glad to be back!!!
We just finished a seven day 1260 charter. Loved it! Reliving it watching this
The light. The clouds. The water swishing by. The motion. The reflections and the breeze.... all reasons I named my catamaran "Hypnotic"! ❤
I want a Seawind.🙌🏼👏🏼
Jetty's face had a big smile on it like to say, "finally we back home on a boat!" She is a real boat dog for sure! She seems happiest on the water!
So happy to see you all back on the water. Your smiles told the story of how you felt. Great Video
So good to see you two on a boat again, love ya. Have a wonderful day.
Ripped right through that one. What fun. Good night.
Joyful to see you back on the water. I’m eager to see your new catamaran.
Your joy is contagious😁❤️I love Jetty's special area. She is all in with boat life🐶
So happy to see you back on the Water. Have great adventures and thank you again for taking us along.💕
Happy to see you back on the water! All 3 of you look so happy!
We just want to say thank you to all of your boys for not cussing in the videos because our families do watch and we do care and we will be praying for you all
Thanks John!! Proud to be family friendly :)
Fond memories of sailing into Suchia at midnight many years ago, with my buddy’s Martin 29. Beautiful places abound in the San Juan’s.
Welcome to the PNW, it my by sunny, but as long as you sit in the shade it will be cold. I spend six years of my life there. I was so happy to get back to Texas where it was much warmer.
jetty was smiling from ear to ear on that boat. i think she misses that wind in her face, and the beaches of course.
Love to see your excitement back on a boat, can't wait to see you on your new boat. It's going to be awesome.
That is one of the most spectacular areas in the world. I'd retire there, if I had the funds. I have very fond memories of that whole area, up the inside passage. All the little spots are amazing.

Back out on the water. Awesome. 👍
Love that y’all are back on the water!!!

How cool to see you sailing in my neighborhood! Love the new boat and looking forward to lots of great new adventures this season!
How far-away is your wonderful catamaran.⛵️🐬🦋💖💖🇦🇺
The shoreline is always full of huge driftwood. Amazing! There is a crisp, unique fragrance to the air. It is expensive to live there, but an excellent place to visit.
If the shoreline is full of huge driftwood, doesn't that imply that driftwood is a perennial navigation hazard?
@@pauleohl Yes.
Beautiful boat... Can't wait to see yours...
Jetty is an old girl, but still looks good. Never forget episode when she was in the water and Sara layed an egg. I know the panic..I also am a dog lover. Btw, congratulations on the new Kat!
I was just thinking the same about Jetty’s experience and the panic in Sara’ s heart, and in mine as I am a dog lover too.
Glad to see you back on the water!
About time you got back to boat life.
Looks like Jetty is in her element!! Good doggie!! 👍👍🐶🐶🐕🐕
Great to see you back on the boat; thoigh the camper life videos were cool. Wonderimg when you'll have restock sizes of med and large "work like a captain..." t-shirts??
Whoot whoot,back to boats.

Going to miss the road trip videos but can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
Awesome! Enjoyable to watch and see your happy faces. Meant to sail !! 🇨🇦❤️
So glad you are back on the water guys. Congrats.
Puget sound has lots of really big floating logs too.
They hurt almost as much as rocks.
No matter, have fun.
I watch several TH-cams, and you are one of my favorites….
Great video and that boat is beautiful!
“You moved it, you totally moved it” some valley talk right there 😀
The Polaroids would be a great giveaway for your Patrons.
I grew up in Seattle. Too bad you’re not there in summer, it’s so much nicer.
I grew up sailing that area. So fun to see you all in the PNW!!
Welcome to a new ocean
Great stuff. Killer boat.
Area is M/V Freedom’s favourite place to go. Outside of across from Seattle.
Love your videos! But going from Rhode Island to the south shore of LI in cold bad weather in the little Boston Whaler still is my all time favorite. Good luck next week you kids!
Like the boots Billy had on....what kind are they? Thanks and great to see your excitment to be back on the water!
I could cook in that galley any day. Very nice setup and who wouldn't like a view like that while making dinner ?
Such a nice soothing video.
😆@3:45. 😍@5:05 Jetty licking Daddy's breath. And finally some excitement from Billy @11:13😉😂
That is my old stomping ground. Spend my childhood days boating from our home in AK to OR WA and northern CA. I am in the East Coast now, it has it's beauty, but not like there
Cold splash of runoff water... I see a future Billy project in the making.

WHAT BEAUYIFUL DRIFRTWOOD, I WANT IT.
Pizza looks yummy. There was not much beach to be found on that beach, unless those were logs from a beach tree. Not likely hey.
Billy, @ 01:38, I am surprised to see you walking around on a white boat with black soled shoes and not boat shoes. Oh well, back to watching your adventures!
I would never. These are actually Dubarry sailing boots. The soles look dark but they are not black and non-marking
@@Tulasendlesssummer Thank you for the explanation!
What make is your new boat? Congrats to be back on the water.
What did you do with the truck?
At the 15 minute mark it looks like you were on ..Jupiter 2 🛸 as in lost in space. Well the windows reminded me of that. 🛸😳😎👍🍷🍷
Born in Bellingham. My mom was born and raised on Lummi Island, my grandma was a logging camp cook and grandpa was a logger. We are talking hand tools here people. Yes I'm old.
Thanks y’all ✌️
I bet you guys are happy to be back on the water, I think it's where you belong. Looking forward to more Puget Sound adventures. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

Great episode, it's good to see you guys back on the water, just saw you on odd life's video so 😎 👍.
Jetty: Cool, we are back on the water again……..I missed this. 🐕
Jetty looks more relived to be on the water than you two.🐕
Don't worry, puppy has got your back. Does she have trouble going on the boat during long passages?
When is your delivery date for your Seawind? We ordered one at the last Annapolis Boat Show for delivery around Jan? of next year.
Been busy happy to
Be able to watch one of your videos. That’s a nice boat.do the windows open in the Galley?
Billy what kind of boots r u wearing ? I need a pair of those

i have a question for the both of you why did you not look at a sunreaf cat
Shoulda planned it so ya hit up here in the NW in summer! heh heh heh Stupid cold weather. When/if you guys pop over the Cascades on your way back East, I'd love to meet up with ya and buy ya lunch or something. Jetty could meet a new running buddy.

Y’all are so funny.
