Upgrading the trim tab links on the jet stream

Traxxas part number 7038X these are the aluminum turnbuckle links for the 1/16 slash
Then dubro 300 the part number, and a link for those to hear find them on Amazon or horizon, and a few other RC web sites.

one of my trim tabs broke but i can't get the screws out because it seems the plastic threads have been stripped at the factory. Any suggestions for how to get the screws out?

how are your trim tab mounted. i see that grey mount. i have broke both of mine off

I’m using aftermarket trim tabs mounts.
I broke mine off a long time ago of the original, designed a new mount through bolted and made from nylon.
