Hello which set would you choose first from outside the trials because I can't do them yet. Turning Tide with Powerfull Asault on the backbar and Archdruid/Nazaray or Crimson Oath with Powerfull Assult on backbar and Tremoscale monster set??
If you are not up for normal trials yet, it really doesn’t matter, as you are not doing anything that needs optimization. What you suggest though will work fine. I would do TT/PA (only if you can afford it)/tremor. Again, anything works at this point. I would say though that normal trials are easier than most veteran dungeons, so once you get a few of those under your belt, give a normal trial a go.
Really thorough for a quick guide! I have a question regarding the recent pts patch notes. It states they are adjusting a few of the passive cp and heavy armor passives that grant resistances to work as multiplicative instead of additive. Do you think this is a significant change for tanks or something that will mostly be felt by pve dps and pvp players who try to stack resistance?
Not trying to be pedantic here, but all of the changes I have seen (could have missed some) are to damage mitigation and not to resistances themselves. And they are being changed to work as intended and as described. I know Skinny cheeks called them a nerf or something like that, but I’m sure he just misspoke, these are bug fixes. Edit: Looked into SparkRip’s notes and it looks like a cluster.
After looking into what is actually going on from SparkRip, it looks like it’s a mess, and that they where doing a bunch of weird things to make it appear as if various sources of damage mitigation where multiplicative when they where actually additive. It’s going to be a mess on patch release. No way they unwind the mess they made. Could be good, could be bad, will definitely be broken.
Is this update available? Necromancer Grave Lord Shocking Siphon: Increased the damage per tick of this ability and its morphs by ~33% so they are closer to stationary Over Time effects, rather than being treated as "sticky" Over Time effects. Living Death Restoring Tether: Increased the healing per tick of this ability and its morphs by ~14% so they are closer to stationary Over Time effects, rather than being treated as a halfway between stationary and sticky Over Time effects.
Thank you for posting this up. I wanted to build something very similar with an Oakensoul for the mythic but ran out of slots. This is a very solid build. Well played!
you can wear any base game heavy armor gear to finish vet trial. it is not too hard to make your character to be tank, the way behavior to be tank is harder tbh
We were talking about this last night, and will see what we can do. As always there are never enough raid leads, but I’ll put out a call this week. I’ll also put up a poll and see what level of content is most needed.
Yeah if you don’t have a horn, the extra resources from it add significantly to the dps of the group. If you have a healer using it (they could be barrier spamming or using arcanist ult) then it would make the most sense. Just as an fyi, normal trials are way easier than vet dlc dungeons. So if you can do those, the normal trials should be fine.
if you add the footage when and how each set working it could be better instead only your big smile face😄 just kidding. anyway this is good guide video for update tank set so far
Haha do you though? Really? Or is it more of a nice to have for those that want to get into it? Your idea here also seems at odds with your comment about not needing a mythic as a healer in the other video? I’m confused where you are coming from.
Great build guide, you’ve been killing it lately. So much crap out there atm for eso and your content is definitely a refreshing change. Simply laid out and easy to consume. 👍🏻
My only gripe here is the choice of infused mag reduction over harmony mag reduction, in a 12 man harmony really is a no brainer... you will have more stats than you know what to do with them, i guess maybe with 0 synergies infused is better

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll have to go and try the trials

@@Nightharrow I'll hope for the best! Thanks so much for following up on this. Hopefully it turns out to be a good change.
Yeah you will take considerably more damage if you don't hit the 50% mitigation cap with armour

Im not sure what you’re asking man.
What is the best defensive set for p v p for a warden
Oh, that’s a discord question, sorry. I don’t PvP that much but someone in the discord could tell you!

Yeah, that new heavy set from LC is looking really great. Hope, zoses not gonna nerf it. Great guide, as always
How to set up for tanking. Step one: already have the newest trial tanking set lmao
It’s even worse if you want to make it a meme. I released this several weeks ago.
But seriously, anyone can go get this set on normal. It’s easy.

Correct, the issue is that you want dps increasing sets to make it easier.
Nite , we need pre sweaty trainers in the guild . I want to get sweaty but I don't know how 😅

Can turning tide replace saxheel asking from a necro tank lol
I’m not sure in exactly what context you mean, but the short answer is yes. Depending on what sets you have and group comp, that could make sense.
@@Nightharrow only for dungeons :)
Trash fights as well, or if you just don’t do trials, which is what I thought you were getting at.
@Nightharrow yeah not doing trials yet just dungeons and vet dungeons

I appreciate it, thanks for the feedback!
On point, this is meta now 😊
You need almost every tank set it's situational ffs 😅

Thanks Filth, really nice to hear!

Yeah, I hear you. It’s just not a good all around option.
