Been a time when I feel so bad after having been on some social medias, one day I came across of a ramdom video talking about that and alhamdulillah since then I try my best to be cautious about which content I watch and what kind of person I follow. I automatically unfollow at the moment I began to feel something in my heart and try to reduce the time spend on all these platforms
