    Natalie HERE, but not Heso!! I came across your channel just in time. I had been sliding backward in my exercise routine for various reasons. I have had the intention of returning but it was not happening. You are in such good shape and have my name so I gave you a try. I find you and your accent so intriguing and charming along with your personality. Every time I am thinking I can't do the whole 20 reps you always say "Yes you can"!!! Freaks me out like you can see me or read my thoughts 😱. Anyway, it keeps me going, and I am one of your older viewers.     i started to do your workout after fractured my ankle. Had no idea ab/core and booty was really essential for me to feminize my boulder type body !
