I found this was a bit much for beginners or moms who are just starting with fitness. Just sharing for those clicked on this video and are trying to get back in shape after having a baby. I feel that this is a more advanced video. Also the pace is really fast which doesn’t give you time to breathe and create mind muscle connection with your pelvic floor and core muscles.
Great work out! Challenging but manageable. And I love that I can watch this video in the gym because there’s no extra talking/explaining, although that can be helpful!
Awesome as usual - thanks so much for the variations! I’ve been doing your core workouts 3-4 times a week for a few months and damn my abs are much flatter and stronger! First time I struggled getting through- now I can do 2 videos in a row!
Stronger, yes I agree, but to have flat I have to combine these exercises with aggressive calorie deficit, fat loss and insulin resistance medications, very low carb percentage, and intensive cardio. To have the abs flat I must have fat mass 13-14 % as I am insulin resistant.
Perfect for engaging the core but the one at 6:52 and reverse plank variation make me pressure on hamstrings and lower back, so I just do a simple reverse plank. I feel my core on fire and more stability.
