You have try some Nanchang stir rice noodles(not those crazy spicy rice noodles) with crock pot soup. I am from Nanchang, and I highly recommend those.
And the dish you tried (fried rice noodles) is also a special cuisine of Nanchang city hh I would say it's the best amoug all the fried rice noodles around China lol

Welcome to Nanchang, you are the first foreigner I saw on TH-cam to go to my hometown Nanchang, I miss the food and beauty there so much, as well as my friends and family, I have not been back to China for two years😂 In addition, I would like to say that Jiangxi is the most spicy food in China, I saw in the video, the owner did not give your noodles spicy, for people who do not like spicy food, Nanchang is hell, but for people who like spicy food, Nanchang is heaven😊
