Today I'm doing another request and it's an easy massage for your toes anyone can follow! There are so many different reasons why your toes can get sore and what I thought could be good is to just show you some of the basics techniques.

I've done a fair bit of foot massaging, but the toes have always been just a part of it. Never even occurred to me to focus on doing just the toes. 🤔 But come to think of it, it might be a good place to start, to make sure the more delicate bits are warmed up and ready first. You have once more widened my footrub horizon. 😊

I love it - footrub horizon is a great phrase😂 I think it can be helpful for the cramp that people so often get in their toes too, so this could be a handy one to keep in the massage locker! 😀

Looks very good, thanks. My feet are a bit tired these days. I walk 5 miles a day and need new walking shoes. They have served their purpose, but my feet are starting to complain. 😊

5 miles a day is impressive! I agree it sounds like it’s time to treat your feet to the most comfortable shoes you can find. I wonder if decent walking shoes are different to running shoes? This is said as a non-runner 😂

@homespabeauty "they" say walking and running shoes are different, but I just go with what feel comfortable from the start. I like flexible soles. If they don't bend, they don't go home with me. 🤣 I'm not a runner either. 😁

When I was 8 years old my brother accidentally dropped a chair on my toe as he was trying to move it but it was too heavy. Broke my toe. Toenail started coming off and the doctor had to remove it. That was not fun. But it grew back!
