Easy hand massage to use with copper gloves for circulation and cotton gloves for softer skin

There are some easy ways to boost circulation and improve the appearance of the skin on your hands and that's to use a good moisturiser, boost the circulation with some massage and incorporate copper or cotton gloves (depending on the results you're looking for).

I'm one of those "show me" people with things like copper gloves. I tried some once and saw no difference with my arthritis fingers. I figure things work differently for everyone. 😊
