Beautiful chair Jimmy! And what an awesome experience. :)
Top bloke
I was wondering, what you would say. Loved your take on the Windsor Chair too, Neil.
Yes it was! So funny you did it too!! in your boosh tee 😂😂 thank you! fir the book BTW ❤️❤️
Had to question my memory then! I thought, no it's Neil who made the chair. Great idea from two greats
This brings back some memories of watching the woodwrights shop on PBS growing up. Roy Underhill is a ledgend
The biggest lesson for us, your TH-cam audience: never stop learning. Thanks for sharing the experience!
That is a beautiful chair! You’re right though, when we have finished a project, the pleasure we get from saying “I made that” is sometimes immeasurable 😊
I attended a class at Greg's in 2022 and it was so so great. Watching this brought me right back. Great job and a fine looking chair Jimmy. P.S. I'll pay top dollar for the real time footage of Greg turning that leg!
I am blown away at the process. The craftsmanship is amazing. Greg seems to be an amazing teacher, showing the ins and outs to build these wonderful works of art. Great job Jimmy. 💙
NEVER STOP LEARNING! A talent like you Jimmy still “going to school” I love it!
Seeing Jimmy on the school benches (the school rocking chairs I should say) is surprising. Who knew he still had more to learn.
It was a superb video. Thank you craftsman 👍
What a wonderful reward to be able to sit in your own built Windsor chair. Gorgeous.
Wonderful work Jimmy, I love green woodworking and Windsor chairs. The brits will be begging you to go to the Bodger’s Ball next!
A trip to remember! I learned so much. Huge thank you to Greg!! Can't wait for the next one Jim 👊🏼
Outstanding job on that chair. Looks like Greg outs on a great class.
Even with all the modern tools it still looks like a challenge. So cool.
I was trying to imagine the laser aspect of this when you described it in the podcast. Holy smokes, that is cool!! Great job.
Jimmy, it's absolutely beautiful! Well done, brother!
Great. What a fantastic chair and process. Many clever tricks of the trade. In this day and age of CAD & CNC everything a chair handcrafted with skill and physical effort must be quite satisfying.....it is for me the viewer. Everything about the shop is charming and appropriate for the task.
From boat builder to chair builder. You've done it all Jimmy! Very Nice.
Great time. Fun video.
Nice work in the chair! What a great experience
Beautiful heirloom piece, for sure. Great to see that you can share your experiences as well as learning new skills. Well done, sir. (I learned a new word: frow)
Awesome video. Beautiful chair. Everyone did a great job. Building chairs is artwork.
Makes me so happy seeing you and other makers like Anne of All Trades together doing what you love
A big accomplishment.
I was waiting for the huge spray painted "Diresta" across the top of the seat!
You did a beautiful job on that chair.
Great video. So enjoyed watching the whole, fascinating process. Cheers Jimmy
Amazing class and craftsmanship. Would love to see your adventure of trying to do this on your own at your home shop.
What a beautiful chair. Must’ve been an awesome experience! Thanks for sharing!
Great work. The chair looks beautiful 😊😊
Doing something like this is definitely '"Bucket List" material. Looks like an awesome experience.
Thank you Greg.
Wow, how fabulous! Such a wonderful compilation of 21st century wizardry happily married to techniques of the ages, creating extraordinary fineness with elegant lines, yet strong & delightful to gently rock in. The entire endeavor coupling love of quality work with the camaraderie of makers brought together by TH-cam interactions & the vision of one man to provide outstanding teaching with the finest tools available. We live in such wondrous times. Thank you for sharing!

I built a Windsor chair with friends following Mike Dunbar's methods. One of the best experiences of my woodworking life!
This was such an amazing video to watch. You always post awesome videos of course. But knowing you were also learning while creating is amazing. I watched it twice already and I want one!
I follow April Wilkerson, who is from Texas. She took Greg's Class in 2020. I started to enjoy watching Wood Working in the 70's, after watching Norm Abram's from This Old House.

PS - Your cats will be nervous, because you have a rocking chair. Old Saying - As nervous as a cat, in a room full of rocking chairs!

Never stop learning! Great lesson and outstanding chair!
Congratulations on the excellent work done. I've been following your videos for a few years. The rocking chair seems fragile, but when you tested it, you noticed that it is sturdy. I'm from Guarapuava, state of Paraná, in Brazil.
The geometry involved. Wow!
Love it’ whay you don’t go to Sweden and learn! Same nife and the rest? Fan Sweden 🇸🇪. Fore a long time!
