Zooble is the character we’ve seen the least in the series, but she’s also one of the most unique. She’s the only cast member with the ability to customise their appearance. Gooseworx has said that in each episode, zooble will look different, and we can see this clearly with her appearance changing between episode 1 and 2.
Zooble is genderless and uses any pronouns. She was one of the earliest characters made for the show with her design being inspired from a Zolo a-go-go Play Sculpture Set
In zooble’s pin, we can see her room and we see a big box that she keeps all her body parts in.
I reckon that zooble changes her body parts as a form of escapism. Perhaps it’s her way of keeping sane, like how jax causes trouble or kinger and his pillow fort. What do you think?

Zooble changing different parts in each episode sounds very awesome and very unique, I just wish she has more screentime.
I believe Gooseworx stated how episode 3 will focus more on Zooble

Knowing the animations of gooseworx for a long time, zooble is the most "wow this is definitely a gooseworx's character"
Before I knew Gooseworx made this show my first thought upon seeing Zooble was "huh that looks like a Gooseworx character"

I remember reading that Zooble is a perfectionist (their reveal trailer showed them fussing over their antennae and rearranging them) so their body is designed to be constantly changed and “perfected”
Even if it feels perfect at the moment, they might change their mind later

Zooble changes their body parts like a person changes their hair color.
It's more like a cosplayer changing wigs since Zooble removes their body parts and replaces them.
I'm sure a lot of non-binary and genderfluid folks wish they could do the same, honestly, I wish I could.

Honestly it would be quite interesting if when zooble changes their body parts their personality changes as well not majorly just subtly
This video explains why Zooble is one of my three favorite TADC characters. She’s an interesting person and reminds me of Jayfeather from Warriors, because she can be grumpy and rude like in Episode 1, but she seemed less aggressive in Episode 2, and cares about her friends like everyone else, shown when she set up Kaufmo’s funeral when everyone else was away.

I dunno why but I have a headcannon that if zooble needs to get somewhere extremely fast and their regular running is too slow or they keep tripping and falling behind they would just start sprinting on all fours like an animal 😭
I think it's kinda cool how she can change her body parts to whatever she feels like, she's the perfect self-customizer character.
Zoobles design didnt change that much between the two episodes. There charm neck thing, right leg, left arm, and left antenna changed. But every thing else remained the same
I think when we get to a much later episode will probably see zooble look completely different than what they looked like in the pilot episode
In the pilot Zooble said to Pomni “welcome to your new life…and your new body”. I wonder if Zooble’s customizing of herself is a way of regaining a sense of agency in her physical body, since they were all just thrusted into this world with set appearances. To our current knowledge, the characters can’t drastically alter their appearances the way you could in reality

The triangle head is definitely Gooseworx taking a sort of “reference” from her “The Pink City” series and I love that.
Body Parts that will remain consistent imo:
Her eyes, head, main body, her pink wing on her shoulder
Body parts that are shown in both episodes but I think might change:
Her blue leg, her orange arm with the yellow glove, her zigzag shaped antler
Also, in some early TADC animation, we can see Zooble stumbling, which suggests that they're adapting to their new parts.

I like to think that the reason Zooble is allowed to skip out on adventures is because Caine just thinks their cool and wants to them to like him, sort of like a young kid trying to hang out with their cool older sibling
See, my theory was that maybe Zooble is an NPC and that's why they skipped the adventure. Caine did said that he might not have been able to keep track of all of em, idk bro 👀
You aren't too far off. Goose has said on her tumblr that Caine wants the adventures to be as optional as he can make them for the humans. He's just not capable of understanding human emotional needs, so to mend that gap he tries to make adventures that Zooble can opt out of! Bro just wants them to be happy.

There’s only been two episodes so far, and in both Zooble simply noped out of the situation due to their apathetic nature (though they spent the first episode being kidnapped and the second making arrangements for Kaufmo’s funeral)
So there’s in-universe reasons for their limited screentime so far, and they might get more focus in later episodes

Some people simply have more difficulty associating looks with different pronouns. Zooble sounds like a girl, has prominent eyelashes and uses any pronouns. Calling them "She/Her" is just easier. Stop trying to mess with people

I think it's a super big deal that she can change her appearance because pomni had an existential crisis when she looked in the mirror for the first time and realized this was her body and there was nothing she could do to change it unless she escaped

I think the idea of Zooble changine their body parts around is because they are always trying to find a better combination. If you look at the walk cycles for the characters, Zooble is always limping and stumbling do to their awkward limbs. It's easy to see why they would not want to go on any adventures as they probably feel completely useless.

Being able to customize and accessorize gives Zooble a freedom that none of the others have. Could you imagine, in a world where you control absolutely nothing, being able to choose what you look like for the day? That sounds so comforting, the fact that Zooble got to keep some semblance of control over her life.
That’s why I was so confused why zooble looked different!

Also their voice fits perfectly with them being genderless. Perfect blend between masculine and feminine.
I think she does it to recreate the feeling of clothes and change of life which is rare in the circus so she does that as a coping mechanism
I hope Zooble's limb changing will not just be cosmetical but also play role in the third episode, as different parts can have different functions and Zooble can probably prepare for events to come by equipping fitting parts

Makes me wonder where Zooble got her parts. I wonder if she collected them or built them, and what she built them from, or if she asked for parts from Caine. (But that last one doesn't really sound in-character for her.)
That's a unique way of showing a gender fluid character and I love it
