Gooseworx explains why there won't be a second season of The Amazing Digital Circus

- Today gooseworx revealed that there won’t be a second season of the amazing digital circus. I’ll break it down.
So over on tumblr goose was asked by a fan if there could be a second season, with goose responding that there couldn’t be one.
In a follow up reply she explained why. To summrise,
“Glitch is very accommodating for the vision of the artist. Liam and I are in a really fortunate position to be able to end our shows on our own terms based on the stories we want to tell. The times and places our shows end are 100% our own decisions.
Murder Drones was in no way "cancelled" because of TADC, it ended because Liam felt like he was
finished with the story. Same with TADC. I could probably stretch the story out and have 5 seasons of filler episodes if I wanted, but I would rather have each episode have some kind of meaningful
character development, and not waste peoples' time with filler. Glitch lets us tell the stories we want to
tell, and I think that's coooooool.”
Personally i really respect goose and glitch for this. They won’t milk a show with unnecessary extra filler episodes and seasons, goose wants to have a little series of episodes that are meaningful with development and not "waste people’s time”.
Although it’s sad we won’t get a season 2, it means that season 1 will be very impactful, and there’s always room for more indie shows to release in the future. What do you think? Let me know down below.

Glitch Productions are really the goats when it comes to allowing the showrunners to do practically whatever they want with their shows.
dude they probably had to tell Liam Vickers to not do stuff cause he would definitely make murder drones not available for TH-cam with gore and creepy shit
@@natalieomeara0220 well yeah, GLITCH's target audience are teens, they gotta keep it TV-14 at least

Wow... i wanna be like that too but not just the company
@@SonicFanon1 I know, but I genuinely can’t imagine how much they had to hold Liam back 😭😭
@@natalieomeara0220 Yeah, I've seen his past work lol maybe the age rating is probably the reason they are even robots to tone down the violence and gore
I respect no filler/plot focused shows. I just want quality 😀
Fr!
Like Helluva Boss for an example. The episodes are good, but sometimes I feel like some episodes don't have much meaning and are just for introducing new characters. That's not a problem or anything, it sets the plot up and that's fine! I just don't want to wait months for an episode that isn't that important. That's why I'm glad the show has short episodes that are just the characters doing silly things
@@galaxyworldbendyfan yesss! Exactly
Hmm
fillers are not bad for a show it's give time for viewers to relax and the cast to build up the characters thay do and get to know the cast, i miss the era of season being 20+episodes now a days we get 8-10 episodes and most wait 1-2 year for a season 2 when like 15 years ago we got like 26 episodes and only needed wait 6 months for the next's season,
@@thegotlandisfarmer8774An episode that still lets you learn more about the characters isn’t completely filler though. Filler is specifically when nothing new or important is introduced. I think Helluva Boss does well in having each episode have some substance, but only some. A LOT of their episodes are filler that don’t contain anything important, draw it out, or they hype up one topic and spend way too much of the episode focusing on something unrelated.
Spring Broken is probably a really good example here. Moxxie and Millie’s conflict mean absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things, but the more interesting plot with Blitz and his sister, which was highly anticipated, takes up so little time in comparison.
Honestly a blessing in disguise. I’m not sure how many episodes we could last with Pomni desperately trying to find a way to escape only to remain trapped in the Circus before it began to wear thin
9 episodes don't seem enough
She didn't seem to be trying to leave in the second episode
@@zamira9642 Yeah, but escape is the overarching goal of the series and that would be hard to sustain under most instances.
Honestly, concept of amazing digital circus is absolutely perfect for long story. Because the world is so unique and weird we can explore it eternally with more lore and interesting concepts. Because the setting of it allows us to do whatever the f**k we want! And honestly because of what we can manipulate and change characters motivations. It’s the opposite of boredom!
@@tayschannel2695 That's what the fandom is for I think. Gooseworx makes the show with no filler, and people who do want filler or more plot will make it themselves in the form of an AU. It's why I love fan content
I'm also aware there's a weird side to the fandom but I've personally found it pretty easy to avoid. Every fandom has a weird side
As much as the fans feel disappointed on _The Amazing Digital Circus_ not getting a Second Season I really respect Gooseworx and especially Glitch productions allowing their creators to tell their stories full completed without any filler, with the actual episodes giving actual character development (although I don’t mind if certain fillers give character development which is the only filler I can take).
So honestly If I was a viewer or a creator, I rather have a show just end on a high note and completely finishes telling a story instead of milking it or extending it for many seasons resulting in some folks dropping out or being turned off by a moment in the show leading to the show "Jumping the Shark" or by the Indy Die-Hards’ preferred quote, "Nuking the Fridge".
Exactly, I think it'll also be a huge relief for Goose since she probably wants to work on other animated projects but only exclusive to her channel.
Yeah, I agree, milking a show with filler episodes-
I'm looking at you Simpsons
-Can definitely hurt a good show.
@@andreas.2494
I hope shes not end up like Stephen Hillenburg
I mean one season seems too small lol
how can people be disappointed with no second season if its six months between episodes and there hasnt even been a third episode
In my humble opinion I think this is a good decision, it means Goose gets to work on other projects when Digital Circus ends. Plus it means no more content farms milking the popularity of her show.
I mean... content farms will still milk it regardless of if it ends if it's still popular enough sadly
@@pokemondimensions1297By the time TADC finishes it’s very likely a new bright indie show will take its place in both terms of releasing episodes and content farms.
Cool ❌
Coooooooooooool ✔️
In all seriousness, I'm glad that they're following their own terms and not doing it to milk the show. I'm also a little upset but i can't wait for the rest of the season!
I'm glad Gooseworx is telling her story the way she wants to, but I find it baffling that she believes filler content is a waste of time. Filler is where you have free reign to show off character moments and traits that otherwise may have gone unnoticed or unused in the main show. It's a good way to flesh out characters in ways that wouldn't fit into the main story, or just have some dumb fun with the characters we like.
I'm not upset about the choice, nor do I want her to change her mind - I just like advocating for people giving filler content a chance in their favorite series. a lot of people miss some genuinely good stuff by skipping it.
I see so much criticism of "filler" content but I totally agree with you. I think all character-focussed shows can benefit from some filler content that fleshes everyone out.
Yeah also they put some what filler in their social media community in their channel and instagram and twitter that’s good enough
Filler can be good or bad. Sometimes filler is a nice, relaxing break from the main story, sometimes it’s mindless drivel that really makes you wish that the show would just get a move on. I think Steven Universe is a good example of the later - so many episodes wasted on telling stories that do not matter. For worldbuilding sake some of them are fine, especially in season 1, but in later seasons do we really need an episode focused solely on Steven’s racist uncle or an episode about these random kids who live in town and hang out in the forest sometimes? Don’t get me started on the Ronaldo episodes that literally NO ONE likes. The show’s filler would feel more engaging if it actually further developed relationships with the main characters or the characters that people actually like.
I’m not saying all filler is bad (not all plot-centric stuff is good either) but I understand where Gooseworx is coming from with wanting to avoid it.
@@cloverlucky5977 true I do want more content
I can understand why she wouldn't wanna do filler, but it does have its benefits. I mainly think she doesn't want to do filler because she's more focused on the main story, while I think there's a lot of potential for filler in the amazing digital circus I understand her "getting to the point" type of approach to avoiding it, it also means each episode that comes out will be impactful in some way instead of being a potentially useless episode
a filler can very easily be incredibly bad or good, and sometimes a bad filler can dwindle the hype around the main story itself
>Comes in
>Makes a show that breaks the internet
>leaves

It's great that Glitch respect the creators and let them end their shows when they want it, instead of forcing them to keep going or giving them a limited time for them to work with
Or they will end up like Stephen Hillenburg
Unlike other componies
Even though Murder Drones and The Amazing Digital Circus won't have a second season, I'm still grateful these shows exist and have a lot of fans enjoying these shows. We shall remember these shows forever and I'll bet there will be a lot more amazing Indie Animation Cartoons in the future.

That’s nice
And no one is saying that Liam and goose won't make other shows with glitch, (still hoping for cliffside full show even tho it's probably never gonna happen T_T)
i like filler episodes Because some can’t allow characters have a moment of peace or could send some time on the world building or even focus on some characters that didn’t get much development
@alexanderberrones2165 yeah if you have a ton of characters and wanna flesh them out then filler episodes are important
@jessecrafts2630 not just if you have too many characters. Filler is good for literally any character who isn't the main character. Like Milly in Hazbin Hotel. Of the main cast the ones who get spot light are the ones who have something to do with Blitz and his main story. Blitz doesn't seem to have any negative beef with Milly so she wouldn't normally get much spotlight. Was very happy that the helluva shorts became a thing.
Also, much like a reddit post, when your characters are always dealing with drama, it's not possible to fully see them, because they are always under stress which isn't most people's default. But i accept that some people just want action, though I'm sad this probably means we probably won't see any more of gummy goo. Unless Pomni starts having PTSD flashbacks, but that won't be the actual Gummy Goo.
@@demonheart13 yeah..
This is as sad as Murder Drones which is about to end soon
How is it sad?

dude...This makes me wanna cry....its been a long time since i found something to do that made me smile. even more so due to my Crippling depression....i respect them but this does make me extremely sad since this show helps pull me outta a deep hole..
If only other animation studios are as flexible as Glitch to let the creators run the show for as long as they want and however they want
Trust me, Glitch has its own problem
But I do agree
While I respect and admire glitch and gooseworx for their decision, seeing all the comments say exceeding 1 season or more than 8 episodes “milking” a series is fucking horrifying.
That's honestly really dumb. From my perspective, two or three seasons seems like the definitive number for a show to go on for, and the show gets more seasons if it's a really good one and popular with the fans (like Regular Show or The Dragon Prince or Stranger Things). It doesn't become "milking" until it feels like the show should have ended but keeps going, and the quality gets worse as it progresses.
Right? I don't see how they can wrap up this crazy world in just 9 short episodes. Especially since every episode seems to take place one day after the last, which means that if the series ends with everyone escaping which I feel like is a given, Pomni will have only been there for 9 days while the rest were stuck for years. Murder Drones' finale also felt a bit rushed. It felt like they were building up to something way more grand but it just kinda... ended. There's still so much stuff in the MD universe we have no answers to
@@jesse4437 If they want true examples of milking shows, then they can look at Family Guy and The Simpsons.
i dont think they mean that going over 1 season is milking in any case, but rather since this specific story is only meant to be in one season, then going over that would be milking. but obviously if the original story was meant to span multiple seasons it wouldn't be milking.
Well that's rather devastating as someone who likes certain types of filler episodes. Body swap episode, beach episode, breaking out into random song episode.
But I'm happy they're able to tell the story they want without needing to do anything like that and will try to respect their decision. But boy I was hoping for it to become a whole mega craze and some day have a theme park on the moon or such.
Anyway, good to know, will definitely appreciate the season we do get of the show. Thanks for letting us know.
As I am sad there’s no season 2, I am proud her having her own choice for her show
It can’t be easy having such expectations from strangers so I can imagine the backlash she could get but I am happy to know that it would a milked dry ❤
Shout out to Goose for respecting people's time and keep the length of how they want it to end
As much as I love plot focused shows, I do miss when show were formulaic and had episodes that could be watched in any order without the worry of continuity, like season 1 of the clone wars and the original Transformers to name a few. Other than that, I fully respect and am happy for these creators for wanting and being able to end their shows how they want it to.
Personally, I like a little bit of filler, but I'm glad they aren't going to drag anything out for longer than needed.
I actually think this is completely fair and understandable, and also the best case scenario for both shows. Yeah for fans it sucks but also it's the creators call on what stories they want to tell. (At least, it should be that way in Hollywood, but unfortunately not) If the creator wants to tell a five season story, they'll write a story that spans for five seasons. Plain and simple. Then there's Several mainstream shows that get spanned for so long that there's a significant and noticeable quality drop, and it's a dent to those shows. So as a Digital Circus fan, and very respectful of Murder Drones existence, I think for both shows, this is the best thing for both shows to end with a single season. Especially since it's the creator's intention. That way, in the future, both shows will be remembered much more fondly for their quality.
When I first read the post and saw that TADC is just gonna be one season, I was disappointed. This show has been such a fun and wild ride and I was hoping that new content would come out many years into the future. But gooseworx’s decision is nothing but correct. I respect her not wanting to milk the show and make a bunch of useless episodes just because. It’s amazing that glitch is letting the story gooseworx wants to tell in one season, and after letting the news marinate in my mind, I’m accepting it more and more.
While the show won’t be around forever, BUCKLE UP POMNI, AND ENJOY THE REST OF THIS DIGITAL CIRCUS!
Aww. That shows how much care these indie animation creators have.
Yk, I’d expect for me to feel sad, but I feel more happy that goose is able to actually follow what she wants, instead of some executive or higher-up deciding it for her. Like you said, it’s her vision. It’s her story she wants to tell. Props to glitch for being really flexible with the show runners, it shows their appreciation for them quite a bit
Smart move because most series have one goal yet takes way too many episodes before finally going back to it and achieving it
Like the main goal is Pomni and the others want to escape the circus but for now they must indore the game and they are each getting development and learned about and then the end goal on rather or not they escape
It doesn't need too many episodes or a second season it only needs learning about characters to connect and then the end if they achieve the main goal or not!
Glad gooseworx is being smart about the series
I really like this idea! Shows like this with a concise narrative are so good and should be broadened!
Maybe even in the future contests of stories can be held to give common people the opportunity to have their ideas fully fleshed on a one-season show; after which others could get their place!
I'm sad there won't be a season 2, but I do respect Gooseworx and Glitch's decision on this. What I hope for in the end of season 1 is how it'll go. Like, it doesn't leave any questions and we don't spend our lives wondering what could've happened next.
As someone who's very sick of shows dragging out until infinity or being cancelled on a cliffhanger, hearing that these shows will get a proper ending on the creator's own terms is quite good to hear.
One season is small
The one show that felt like it could go on forever 😞 Even so, I respect Gooseworx and it's probably for the best
I'm glad that glitch knows what they are doing and accepts new projects and understands their creators
There are several companies how make unnecessary seasons only to sell more and not accept new projects for fear of success
After the success of Digital Circus I was afraid that they would make an new season. Since I feel it would be unnecessary but glitch is trying to be a good company of everyone and they gave gooseworks and Liam the freedom to do whatever they want with their project 💜:>
Honestly, I just want more great animations no matter how many seasons we get 👍🏿
Agree 🎉
Me too!
We also have to remember they are working on another show, their brand new one “gaslight district” , announced in GLITCHX.
I like shows that don't overstay their welcome, like Gravity Falls, 2 great seasons with a story to tell. We do not need shows that go on forever, it's what set's apart stuff like this from those British Soap Operas my mother watches that have been on TV since the 60s.
I mean gravity falls has new content. Plus 9 episodes for digital circus seems small
@@tobsonasanya4765A better comparison I just saw. Over the Garden Wall.

I have much respect for gooseworks and glitch for this. I fully support and appreciate the honesty and respect of fans. It’s the genuine thing to do. I have more respect for people who are honest and genuine than people who are dishonest and don’t care about others even if they are good artists or creators.
I'm pretty sure we can all thank Alex Hirshe for showing us that cartoons don't need to be long to be great.
Gravity falls had two seasons of 20 episodes. Not a fair comparison

@t.dmattocks6119 over the garden wall is a better comparison I feel. Got the few episodes it did and then a set of comics for the more filler-y or extra stuff
Compared to one season of 9 episodes? Eh
I’m still begging and praying for a Murder drones season 2, Liam even said there could definitely be more to tell of the universe, I’m hoping we live in a timeline where Liam can think of more story’s to tell in at least the Murder drones universe without it feeling like he’s forcing it to drag out, but because he had an amazing vision for season 2.
These are all fair points. I mean limited series can be just as good as full shows. Plus Murder Drones may have only been 8 episodes but it still toke 3-4 years to do them, if glitch kept that show going while also doing amazing digital circus we'd be getting 1 episode a year of each and nobody has THAT kind of waiting capacity.
Helluva is doing 50 lol
@@tobsonasanya4765That is also the amount Viv wants though, and she has talked abt the show's story already being written out.
If Gooseworx wants to keep TADC as a miniseries, then I completely respect that. I’ve seen too many good shows either get cancelled before they could get a proper ending or good shows that have gone on way too long
Same
Finally! A company that allows the creator to do their own work. I respect Gooseworx’s decision as well and I’m excited to see what she’ll show us through her story
I really don’t why these two creators cannot treated their animated passion shows as mini-series. If the goal is making one season.
and the concept isn't something that could make use of a second season even if they tried hard enough, it doesn't need one
I don't think one season of like 9 episodes is enough
I didn't care about their season twos

100% fine with there being only one season, I don't think this is the kind of story that can go on forever and episodes are taking ages to come out as is.
So lets just be happy that Pomni and friends wont have to suffer for long (hopefully) and get the happy ending they deserve and _totally not get some horrifically dark ending that makes us all depressed_ 😂
i completely understand not having a s2, i just hope that they could do like little "spin offs" with the characters. i would LOVE that

Filler episodes arent wastes of time even if they dont have plot developments they give character contexts
Yes, but somtimes it can hinder more than add. I have hopes the lack of filler will not hinder the season. If you watch Goose's animations, they are simple yet fun, and they leave you satisfied. They are a fun watch.
On another note.
'Over the Garden Wall' from Cartoon Network is a good example of a show where it only had one season, but is super memorable!
I’m glad that they didn’t waste our time with filler, but at the same time I feel like they could’ve spaced things out just a TINY bit better. The first time I watched MD, I was really confused because dramatic plot twists and character development was happening so fast that it didn’t feel like development, it felt more like their personalities were inconsistent in a bad way. I think what they were trying to do would’ve been more effective if they were just slightly more subtle with their changes. Not saying it’s a bad show, it just needs improvement. Like most things.
Only 1 show haad a season 2 and 3: Metarunner.
It was a long ride, full of twists and turns (and it was Luke and Kevin's vision).
It is sad that it's going ot be short, but mini series are good for binge-watching! Over the Garden Wall is one of the greatest shows, for example.
I just thought it was because animation is expensive, so it's a good thing it was not because of lack of fund.
The only way I could see a second season is being more a prequel that explains the origins of the circus
A old quote always comes to mind: "All good things must come to an end."
And more will follow. Ideas will be recycled into new combinations, and more creations will be forged with their own varying chances of success.
i’ll still always miss murder drones sighhhh
This is absolutely one of the best things about Glitch and the shows they produce. Too many companies, especially the big ones, care way too much about viewership and the money they make off of them. And then eventually they decide to drag things on for longer than they should and sometimes end up diminishing said shows, leading them to be total garbage. (Which is really starting to become too common of a thing nowadays)
I remember when before Hazbin released I wondered how they would stretch it, I thought the same for digital circus but now it’s confirmed digital circus only has one season. It makes sense to me
They won't stretch it. Unlike SOME yt channels who milk it dry.
Goose work said no digital circus season two but we could get digital circus shorts
They could try to milk the shit out of it for money but they instead want to stick to show the story they have in their minds.
RESPECT.
It’s respectful that they know that not every film needs a sequence as it’ll destroy its attention
Frankly it's better that way. As the saying goes "either die a hero or live long enough to be the villain". And this show and murder drones is definitely a hero for many inde animators out there.
One season is too small
hdjdjsjdhdj all the shows are ending and I’m so scared they’ll be tossed away
Some people in the animation fan community have a difficult time accepting the difference between cancelled and completed. "Owl House" received a cancellation notion and was forced to rush its third season, "Infinity Train" was cancelled after its second season underperformed after being shoved on a barebones new streaing service, meanwhile shows "Amphibia", "Disenchanted", "Ducktails" (reboot), "Regular Show", "Adventure Time", and now "Murder Drones" concluded with the series creator having told the story they wanted.
I respect her decision
And I feel like the fanbase would be split if there was a season 2, with some saying that she’s only doing it for the money
At least for season 1, it’s clearly something she was interested in… and didn’t expect it to blow up
Doesn’t stop me from really wanting some kinda epilogue to Murder drones, I feel like we didn’t get enough from the falling action
This is definitely the right move. I'm sure at some point, Glitch or Goose will want to do more with the characters, but ending the show when Goose wants to is absolutely the right call.
A good story know when to end its something most story are not unfortunate
One thing that I have realized is that a good show/game/book should leave you wanting more, instead of making you say “enough”.
The great thing is that i’m sure if goose or liam came back with a pitch for a season 2 of their respective shows, glitch would be on that in an instant.
Honestly, with how many shows nowadays end prematurely (especially in animation), I would love to see an artist give us a complete work, even if it is short
Finished is better than longer
I'm glad gooseworks and glitch know what they want. Plus better a story finish, right , then suffer the fate of being milked for views.
Thats totally fair! Sometimes, a story just needs to end. Like Gravity falls. It ended because the story was done. Digital circus will end once its done
When 2 incredible indie shows end, another will rise…
I wouldn’t mind a few filler episodes, I’d watch the crap out of everything they release. That being said, the animators work hard and need a break. It’s easy to get burnt out if you work on the same thing for ages
thank god she said this i was getting so tired of people saying murder drones ended bc of tadc, like glitchs whole thing is letting creators tell their stories they wouldn't do that it was all liams decision to end it at 1 season
While it is sad to see a series you like end sooner than expected, it's also not great to see it forcibly extended when there isn't a reason.
Make sense that it wasn't Glitch's decision to end Murder Drones. Even if the show didn't have the viral success of TADC Glitch is still making massive amount s of merch sales off it. There would be no logical reason to force pulling the plug this early.
People really need to understand that shows end. If they don’t, we get a “season rot” situation (as seen with shows like the Fairly Oddparents and Family Guy)
It's only fair since Murder Drones will be ending with only 1 Season too.
Curious what they'll do next after the amazing digital circus is over.
I thought they announced a show Gaslight district I think
It sucks but tbh, it's probably better having something that has meaningful episodes we can remember it by than something people might eventually get bored of because of unnecessary filler. Hopefully the fandom will live on though. Some shows that died or ended still have a fairly active fanbase and I think the popularity TADC has gotten might help it be like that.
I'm just happy to see the freedom Glitch gives to its creators and think they're definitely the best option right now for indie productions.
I KNEW there won't be second season.
Since Liam Vickers announced the finale of Murder Drones and which TADC characters themes will appear in several episodes I thought about THAT weeks ago, just before Gooseworx announced.
Just hope this show will still be relevant in 10 years
YEAH THANK YOU FINALLY
SOMEONE WHO CHOOSES ART OVER MONEY
Too many shows I love was dragged to the dirt due it not ending with a bang. End with a bang
I find that more seasons are only really good if a show isn’t structured with a story in mind or if it does tell a story but there is a big event that happens that warrants it being split by seasons(thing gravity falls) the only other reason I can think of is if someone just wants to keep making more of something which is very obviously not something that is desired after this story is finished
So looks like we aren’t also getting a season 2 for murder drones well least we have digital circus and other shows to keep us entertained
Glitch has been making HUGE progress for indie animation. Allowing creators to create things the way THEY want to of high quality for everyone to enjoy is incredible. They’re really setting up the animation industry for greatness.
Ahh the good old "filler bad" writers fall into....
Cowboy bebop had fillers and thats still considered amazing for how short it is, because it gave writers the chance to give more backround depth that ist just forced expo
People who hate filler act like all their irl character development and growth happens in giant bursts of drama rather than tiny, constant experiences of living through plain old boring life . Have no interests, no taste in music, no favorite food, no fun memories with friends-it’s just TRAUMATIC EVENT TRAUMATIC EVENT BAM BAM BAM for every single person to these people 💀
It is more because when shows do it, it mostly is filler and then it gets frustrating. Naruto is guilty of that crime, I could never finish it since I felt it was TOO drawn out.
This can work. Watch 'Over the Garden Wall' for example, and if you don't have trauma of ab*se, or aren't' uncomfortable with such topics, watch the anime 'Erased.'
I’m just glad that we at least get these episodes
Kinda reminds me of how Alex Hirsch ended Gravity Falls. Lots of people I've talked to believed gravity falls was cancelled and that's why they only had 2 seasons but the wasn't the case. Alex ended gravity falls because he felt like it was a good place to stop, at it's peak. And he was right for doing so. Sure I wished we could've had more episodes but I'd rather it ended the way it did and not after 6 seasons, several spinoffs and who knows how many tv movie specials. At that point the show would have lost it's charm a long time ago.
No filler??? Dayum Goose, didn't know you were cool like that

I like that they won't milk a series with filler episodes, but I fell like Murder Drones could fit up to 7 more episodes so it wouldn't be so confusing.
I'm really glad they get to just make the story they want without being forced to make more. That way, we'll have genuine stories
It feels a little early (personally always!) for both MD and TADC to end, it feels like especially with MD there could be deeper lore! But I respect that they don't wanna make their series MASSIVE and unnecessary. Besides, they do belong to them. They can do whatever they want. I will still watch them so 🤷🏻♀️
Honestly, I think glitch ‘shorts’ would be a super epic concept, especially for shows like murder drones where the constant action leaves a lot of characters underdeveloped

I think the Amazing digital Circus could tell it's story in 2 9 episode seasons.
18 episodes to explore characters and give them the development they deserve.
However every creator knows when their series should end if one season is enough then one season is enough.
While i would love a season 2 of either of these shows it wont be worth it,if their hearts aren't in it, it's their story to tell.
A main reason we think about things in two seasons or more that ends with a grand finale is because of the story of Jesus.
Season 1 is his life.
Season 2 are the new characters, Apostle Paul, with conclusions to many threats established previously. The finale is revelations.
I think I'll have to go this route with my project.
Thank goodness Glitch isn't a company where they try to milk the series to the end.
I dont know why people are alreayd waiting for season 2 when there are only 2 episodes of season 1 out so far
I love it when the creators know when to end the show. It's also nice to see when you make a show not too long. Makes it easier to binge the show, unlike other animated shows like One Piece. It's why I like how some indie shows on youtube
