Tales of Innocence, NDS (Tales Retrospective)

Today we look at the second DS Tales game. After Dimps' Tales of the Tempest development sputtered out Bandai Namco would attempt to save ship by getting another team to pick up the remains of Tempest's development and make their own DS Tales game. Could this team succeed where Dimps failed?
