As someone who may or may not have spent a small fortune this year trying to replace some of her childhood toys on eBay for sentimental value, I think this was an absolutely adorable gesture.
That was so sweet of you two trying to find lost things at the airport. I thankfully never had that problem but when my son was 10 he lost a navy blue Disney bucket hat that I had bought him at the park literally 2 hours after I got it. He took it off and left it on a bench in the park. Mama was mad 😡

What a wonderful way to make someone's day!! I was so lucky that the one time I did lose my luggage, it showed up at my room on the cruise ship late the next day. I still spent way more buying a few essential items just in case I ended up without my stuff, but was definitely relieved when it arrived 😊

It's such an awesome idea for a video. They should get reimbursed for their services if they do manage to find peoples items. Not everyone can make it to the store due to time or money restraints. It sounds stressful looking for that one particular item & failing to do so.

I live two hours away from unclaimed baggage and let me tell you, I’ve been here 4 times and EVERYTHING is cheap in price and nice !!!!!!
Little lost item story ~ we were on spring break and two members of the group decided to relocate our hotel room closer to the other group. The two of them attempted to move all of our stuff across the entire hotel and ended up leaving one of my running sneakers behind. We spent the entire week asking the hotel staff if they found anything. Nope. So end of the trip comes, we fly home to New York, my car was frozen to the ground in snow and ice in the parking lot, so I had to dig it out wearing flipflops and socks 😅

I love this! My family has been missing all 4 of our suitcases for 3 weeks now. 😞 I’m still not giving up, but it’s not looking good. Probably lost in the Heathrow mess. It’s amazing how many bags are not reunited with their owners.
