I Don't have one of those instant pots, but I do use a crock pot to fill-up with meatballs and my ITALIAN deli pasta sauce......The cooked
pasta is in a big bowl to be added to a person's plate and then the sauce and meatballs are poured on top...The hot crock of meatballs
and sauce can be used for meatball subs also......Thanks for letting me comment about my way of making spaghetti .....

Just bought my first Instant Pot a few weeks ago and have been having fun using all the functions. Made your spaghetti & meatballs recipe and will never go back to 3 pots/pans on the stove! There's just 2 of us so I cut the recipe in half for my 3qt IP Duo Mini. Love your steel cut oats with apple and cinnamon recipe too! 😋

you used way too much liquid. also i use broth in place of water. i cook maybe 4 mins, stir and let it sit for 5 min while it finishes cooking and the sauce thickens up

Broth is a addition, you could also use bone broth for a little more protein. Definitely do what works for you. We always say there's not just one right way to pressure cook.

    To much water

    • @PressureCookingToday

Did you let it sit for a few minutes to absorb excess water? Different brands of pasta absorb more or less water. What brand did you use?

    Way to much water

You'll be surprised at how much water is absorbed as it cools.
