    Is it dangerous to be in high revs in 6th gear for 2-4 minutes? On a derbi with a new cdi and derestricted header

      Depends on howmany rpm the engine is doing, if you're over revving it there's a change it will seize.

    What jet/jets you use with this setup?

    • @2strokerides
      @2strokerides  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It had a 94 main jet. The cylinder was the oem one. Exhaust was a Doppler WR7.

    Hi mate I have just bought a darbi doing 30 mph tops do you know how to derestrict them 👍

      Yeah it has a restriction in the carburetor and in the exhaust. You can take them both out but I suggest just using a different exhaust because that will give you even more performance. The restriction in the carburetor on the air side. Its a ring with roles in it so the carburetor is getting less air. Take it out and rejet the carb.

      @@2strokerides how do you rejet the carb and to what size?

    Is it easy to derestrict a Derbi Senda drd x-treme 2016? If so how?

    • @2strokerides
      @2strokerides  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah its really easy, there is a restriction in the exhaust and in the carburator. Take them both out and rejet the carb and you're done.

      @@2strokeridesDo you know if only taking out the restriction in the carburator but not in the exhaust does any difference and do you have to change the main jet if you take out the restriction in the carburator?

    • @2strokerides
      @2strokerides  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@jackirooni yes it does make a difference but it wont be alot. The restriction in the exhaust is the biggest of the two. You do need a bigger main jet in the carb as it is able do breath better so there will be more air in the engine so you need more fuel to compensate

      @jackirooni 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@2strokerides can’t I just adjust the air/fuel ratio?

    • @2strokerides
      @2strokerides  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@jackirooni adjusting the air fuel ratio is done by using a bigger jet. The air fuel screw only changes air fuel ratio in closes thottle situations (while idling the bike)
