The Divine Act of Creation 23 The Transmission of Original Sin

In this short presentation, we learn that Original Sin is transmitted by natural generation as the result of sexual relation. The De fide teaching by the Council of Trent states that: "Original Sin is transmitted to all men by propagation not imitation." As the sin of nature, it is transmitted in the same way as human nature, through the natural act of generation.
