    How did you widen the charger lead to fit the post?

      I just used a file to open it up a bit.

    How long did it take the 4amp charger to fully charge battery???

      I think about 10 hours or so from 20% to full but don't quote me on that.

    I’m impressed! I have the same boat 2023 170 pro and was thinking if a third battery fits back there! They look smaller

      I’m pretty sure 3 lithiums would fit in there if you go with all lithium batteries.

      @@RFishingtx I wish I can do 3 but man it’s expensive so I’m leaving the crank battery for now and wanna replace the TM and add the 3 for the electronics

    Almost a year in are you still satisfied with the battery? Do you fish current much? I’m considering this for my jet boat in the river but it’s constant current so I was wondering how the 50ah would hold up

      @eancarroll8237 I’m still really happy with the battery. I have been out in 20 mile an hour winds and had plenty of juice left over at the end of the day. Now with a River system with constant current, I would probably go with at least the 100ah.

    Follow up video to the lithium install? Assume a 12V system?

    • @RFishingtx

      @mikerouse6004 Since you asked, I’ll put a short follow up out and yes it is a 12 volt and I am really happy with its performance. 👍🏼

    How are you liking this lithium battery? I’m going with live scope and wanted something I can run it on and not have to worry about it running low.

      It’s great! I have the one for the trolling motor and will get another one to run the Livescope I just purchased.

      Awesome, you fish lake Lewisville a lot? I just bought a boat and starting to hit this lake more often. I like Ray Roberts so far with the clean park and nice boat ramps.

      @@qfastqfast Congrats on the new boat. I do fish Lewisville a lot but It's a very frustrating lake.

      Yea I’ve only caught a few so far, I was hoping to get out there this weekend to test everything out but they’re talking some cold temps and I don’t think I’m ready for that lol

    12V trolling motor?

    I’m thinking about ordering these. Have you been out with them? Also how do you like the terrova I just bought it?

    • @RFishingtx
      @RFishingtx  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just finished a weekend out with the battery while camping. I ran my Terrova all day running banks and used spot lock a lot. When I got back to the campsite, I connected to the battery on the app and the thing showed 87%. I could easily do multiple days out without charging. Its a champ. I love the Terrova. Only issue I have is with the US2 sonar. I’ll be putting out a video in the next day or two on adding a downscan transducer to the boat instead of using that 2D.

    Why you using a 50ah to start your motor, does it have enough power, I would have gone with 100ah

      Only running my trolling motor on it.

    All the lithium‘s are light, last forever and are expensive. this brand is actually one of the lower cost lithium’s. But why would you buy an expensive lithium and have a cheap charger?

    • @RFishingtx
      @RFishingtx  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve had the charger for a long time and just haven’t replaced it.
