- Picked up a used 2006 Range Rover Sport knowing they are notorious for having problems. It's in decent condition but needs work. Will I, ultimately, regret this decision? Follow my journey...!

2006 SE 101k miles.
Maintained fully regardless of cost. I’m paying £4k (UK)
It is absolutely mint condition and I’m just praying there’s no hidden faults.
I hope so, too! I have several videos showing the stuff I've done to get this working better. Just passed inspection today so I can get it registered!
They good trust me I drive mine everyday to work mine has 289k miles and still run like new

Picked up an 07 TDV8 L320 HSE for 1700 quid. 238,000 on the clock. Spent around 800 on full service (gearbox, oil, all filters etc) and a few bits. Just gone through MOT with no advisories.
I know Land Rovers do have that reliability reputation; but look after them and they'll run forever.
Not a bad example. I have had my 2008 sport for 7 years. I’ve had all those issues and they are easy to fix.
I recommend, 1) getting a scan tool that’s LR specific. 2) reading the owners manual. Triangle light with arrow around it is your traction control.

Im buying this same car tomorrow .. its near 200k miles …. For 2k no check engine lights and nothing wrong with it other than its suspension… lemme know if this is smart

A tip for all potential car buyers of private sellers.
heck out their house,if it's neat ,tidy well looked after then the car will be looked after as well.
But if the house is a dump walk away now !
If they can't look after their pride and joy,they don't give a stuff about the car then
This is kind of a lead off I tend to clean my car and make it look absolutely beautiful and like house just looks ugly😂😂

Left light won’t turn on. The computer has been fixed, all fuses have been changed, and all electrical cables/lines have been checked/fixed. Please let me know how to make it work.

I just purchased this exact same Range Rover model about a week ago I’m 16 mine has 195,000 miles it has it issues but it’s still running like a champ

I believe it has to be in neutral for most of those features !
Are you referring to forcing the "Suspension Lowered" error?
