I believe this was one of numerous original pieces composed by Charles Fox specifically for the film. You can find a number of these original pieces on a Short Circuit 2 Playlist from a TH-cam called webbox100, including some recreations of the original pieces... unfortunately, they don't seem to have this guitar/rock piece from when Johnny Five rages out.
