The internet being down wouldn’t actually block a hyperlink. Rather, it’d say something like Content Unavailable or Content Unreachable. Hyperlink Blocked implies that the hyperlink itself has been redacted by some third party, be that a network administrator or an adblocker.
What if it's not Love, but LOVE? The way Sans described it in Undertale. Spamton assumes Kris wants [Hyperlink Blocked] and Flowey says "You want some LOVE don't you?" when we first meet him. Additionally, Kris apparently has obtained [Hyperlink Blocked] by the end of the Snowgrave Route: in the last boss battle, Spamton tells Kris something along the lines of "You've been *making* [Hyperlink Blocked]. Making frozen chicken with your side chick. And now that you have your own supply you don't need me!" You've been making LOVE.

L.O.VE is an acronym for Level Of Violence so this would mean that Spamton is saying to Kris "You've been making [Level of Violence]." I'm not an expert in the English language; but I don't think that makes sense grammatically based on what Spamton is tryin to say. Level Of Violence is more so describing something like an adverb. The way Spamton uses the term [Hyperlink Blocked] it's the subject of the sentence (a Noun). Still a good idea though.

And I largely agree with it, not to say that it can't also in universe be blocked data, but that it means each word's definition. Hyper as in "Strong", Link as in "connected" and blocked and is. Well. Blocked. So what he's saying is "You want your Powerful Connection Blocked." As in, disconnected from either us the player, or the red soul, or even some other third thing. It's very interesting with that interpretation too because in the weird Route, we've been "making" it. I wonder if one of the options to break the connection requires power.

There are two instances of "making" being used as an intransitive verb: the first is said by spamton, the second one is when queen is telling the story of the knight ("it coursed its will into its blade - and made - thrusting the fountain from the earth") which is why I think in both cases, they are referring to "making" as the act of creating fiction or art or whatever, like noelle and kris creating their own fiction by defying the regular storyline and taking the snowgrave route instead
I can’t see it being a regular word in the dictionary like ‘independence’. I imagine it’s going to be a made up concept similar to LV and EXP in Undertale. Maybe Toby is hiding a new term that he can’t spoil. Could it even be ‘Determination?’. The ways Determination functions in Deltarune aren’t fully explained yet so there’s no way to confirm, but Spamton hasn’t mentioned it as far as I’m aware so it can’t be fully denied. Maybe Determination is the key to Kris’ freedom? The only issue is that substituting ‘Determination’ in Spamton’s line “SOAKING IN THE [Hyperlink Blocked]” doesn’t fit perfectly, but it’s not impossible.
True, the function of Determination in Deltarune isn't fully explained and there are other theory videos that suggest that it works differently than it does in Undertale. For now I would only make the assumption based on what we know now. I mentioned Queen's thought process; but even Queen admits she was only guessing. Well. Hyperlink blocked could be Our Vessel? Since he does often say that heart shaped object aka being US the player who is the soul. Kris, would obviously want that cause he'd be free from us.
