After finishing 10 Minutes of Useless Undertale Information today I wanted to go over some Useless Facts and Useless Information about Deltarune. From the most pointless pieces of text to the weirdest trivia about the game. I tried covering as many facts as possible including lore easter eggs unused and glitches in the game. I didn't go over Undertale because I figured since this is about Deltarune Chapter 2 I think I should focus on things like Kris Susie Ralsei and Noelle and Spamton rather than another game. These facts truly are 10 minutes of useless information and you will probably never need them. You're welcome!

Deltarune is a game made by Toby Fox. TobyFox also made Undertale. Deltarune has characters such as Kris Susie Ralsei Noelle Queen and Spamton and Spamton NEO. Undertale has a variety of different characters such as Sans Papyrus Frisk Undyne Flowey Alphys Toriel and Asgore and secret ones such as Chara and Gaster but they aren't in this video. And I did talk a little bit about W.D Gaster or the Gaster Followers in this video congrats Dr. Gaster. This isn't a theory or an Undertale fangame or mod and this isn't Deltarune Snowgrave which is that weird route with Kris and Noelle. And I don't think I used the Undertale OST or Deltarune Soundtrack in this video either as I wanted to give some variety. And I did not play Megalovania a bit here and there as well as not talk about BIG SHOT which was Spamton NEO theme and this isn't Undertale Genocide and so don't expect it to be. Thres one Toriel missing in the Japanese version

In the Japanese port of the game there is one toriel on a piano while in the American port of the game there are two of them playing the piano

I think Kris refuses to play the piano because they know the player is watching. Noelle says Kris would stop playing once they realized she was watching. So, it could be that Kris wants to play for Susie, but knows the player is watching them and so refuses.
i actually always thought that they were literally not able to play because of the player controlling them

@@possibleidentity9085 One, Kris uses they/them. Two, probably not? We don't really know the circumstances of Kris's possession, nor how much they can actually resist us. For example, we know Kris is unhappy with the Snowgrave route, like by Susie saying Kris looks hurt after Berdly's death, but Kris doesn't rebel more than in a normal run.
@@possibleidentity9085 They are able to bend the rules a bit when being made to do something, for example when you try to look at the personalized room for Asriel in Queens mansion, Kris closes their eyes before opening the door so you don't see what's in the room

7 years since Undertale came out and some people still never realized Toriel’s name is a pun.
@@Pikapuff30 I don't know of you wrote this because of me, but I've known that Toriel's name is based on tutorial for a long time. What I didn't know is that there are two Toriel in Kris' room in Queen's mansion to make the pun on "Two Toriel/Tutorial"
Obviously I love the things Toby fox has created but my favorite thing about him as a developer is that he is completely fine on sacrificing quality “because it is funnier”

7:14 As a Berdly enjoyer, I really like the change of expression he has during his fight in Snowgrave Route. It's like he is't having fun anymore and isn't trying to show off because he sees that Noelle is in danger and he's really concerned about his only friend and is angry at Kris for whatever tf they are doing to her. Even though he's very stupid sometimes and doesn't understand Noelle's feelings, he clearly understands when something is wrong and when it's time to get serious. He truly cares
(Also there's no eye(?) on Berdly's axe during Snowgrave battle. I wonder if it's a mistake or they did it on purpose)
The fact that there's no eye might be intentional if it's only on the snowgrave route (I refuse to play that route so idk lmao) it would be intentional since he would need another sprite specifically without the eye and it would be symbolic of berdly dying (closing eyes) or being blind to the situation

might be that whole "serious mode" situation that undertale had going on. in undertale if you were in a fight that was genuinely serious (like toriel or asgore's fight), any items you had in your inventory that had silly names (like butts. pie) would be drop the silly name to reflect the mood.
since berdly uses a halberd, the eye is a silly placement to make the axe look like a bird... a hal-bird. it loses the eye in snowgrave due to severity of the situation
7:40 Kris could've said any number of things, from something embarrassing, stupid or a silly joke that Susie didn't wanna be seen laughing at, to a threat regarding how humans are far more powerful than monsters and that they don't harm Susie cause they don't want get in trouble...
My guess is they said ***bologna*** with a high pitched voice and Susie didn't wanna get caught laughing at it...

Originally in the scene where Queen challenges us to a Punch-Out style battle on an arcade, when Kris tries to reach for the controls and fail, they'd blush in embarrasment but this got scrapped and replaced to them just collapsing in defeat cause Kris blushing felt out of place when they wouldn't show any emotions through the whole game but that moment.

I mean .. there are so many references to the devil in both games i need to make a video myself to explain why i call it that.
If you want a simple explanation:
1. In both games ,,the prophecy" speaks of an Angel, it would make sense that the reverse simbol symbolises a demon .
2. In the game files a character that uses ,, Greetings" as a calling card(probably,,Chara") has lines of text named ,, demona , demonb, demonc and demond"
3. Gaster(another creature associated whit demons) has 66666 in every in game stat despite not having a battle and a font type of 666(a number common in biblical text for symbolising the Devil)
4. The simbol of the Delta Rune appears over 100 times in both games and those are THE ONLY 2 places in which its different,it HAS to be a clue.
About the Jevil and Spamtom one, there is a mention that spamtom is afraid of clowns by a werewire near the roller coaster
Also I think spamtom himself says something about “[the clown around town]” and how he didn’t play fair and cheated or something like that?

Nope. In chapter 1, the monster at the desk says Kris normally plays more beautifully. The link in the Spamton Sweepstakes says Kris would play the piano at Noelle's house, but would stop when watched. Kris knows the player is watching and so refuses to play.
It's not useless if you find it useful and entertaining also if it makes you happy as well.
Fun fact: at 7:39, kris said “fatherless”
the missing toriel in kris's room in the mansion is actually a result of the joke not translating properly. tutorial is チュートリアル (chuutoriaru) and two-toriel would be ツートリエル (tsuutorieru). it's close, but not close enough for the pun to work, which is why the joke is just チュートリエル (chuutorieru).
puyo fever 2 used a chuu pun at the title so how would that not work

The save file not having Kris’s name happens if you erase the file after you saved for the first time which could’ve happened for the anniversary playthrough but I’m not for sure if that’s the case

There's a followup update over the snowglobe, OP took a picture of a drawing with Spamton being salty over not getting any Kromer as they were gifted with alternative Pipis since Toby couldn't ship the Snowglobe without it breaking or other shipping complications.... Honestly since the original PNG for it was a Disney Jack Skellington Snowglobe it's for the best....

Fun fact: in the first chapter, the wind sound, that plays after you're falling, is called just w.ogg. Additionally in the second chapter the heartbeat sound in the snowgrave Berdly battle is called d.ogg. Doesn't that letters combination seems familiar? However *his* name have eight letters, which means we'll get 8 chapters, probably one of them will be a backstory (if I were a developer I'd place it between chapters 6 and 7)

It's probably not that Kris has become a worse piano player. It's just that we can't make them play it properly. That's what frustrates them, since they'd have liked to impress Susie.
Also, you got the info about the different party matchup in the middle of Chapter 1 wrong. It's not that the idea of Susie ditching Kris and Ralsei was a late addition. It's that there was originally going to be an alternate route for playing violently that would make Kris and Susie ditch Ralsei instead. There's even some unused content meant for it, though it was never fully implemented.

its an eye. They prob intentionally deleted it on the snowgrave because it makes his axe look like a goofy bird
1:12 i think they were drawn normaly but the sprite was just flipped for the fight because in the the intro spamtons' eyes are normal
