@Sam S The stuff he does well translates at any level. That size and athleticism cannot be taught! Good hands, rolls well to the basket, hits free throws and already very physically developed for a teenager. Very good base to work with for a bigman.

I hated the 2017-19 warriors as most people did but watching Curry, Klay, and Dray as vets try to restore their former glory and win a 4th ring, alongside a Wiggins in his prime trying to prove himself after all the slander in his career and a superstar young centre would be quite the story.

Reminds me of Hassan Whiteside or Marcus Camby but he's smoother. With his athleticism and size, he will probably end up being the #1 overall pick. Lamelo Ball is a fantastic prospect and in my opinion, he reminds me of Pistol Pete...so for a struggling team he's definitely going to increase ticket sales more than any other player in the draft-- but the as the NBA ends the "Small Ball" era and bigs are once again finding their place there are too many teams that need a young, tall, athletic stud of a center. Plus I'm not sure how conducive LaMelo's game is to winning basketball. As far as Wiseman at worst he will still be a double-double guy that can rim protect, be a lob-threat and box out. His added will value will be the fact he can outrun most NBA bigs, pass in transition and he has great hands. At best he will join Embiid, the Joker, Big Val, Kristap, Boban, Myles Turner, Gobert, KAT, Ayton, Wendell Carter, Bam Bam, Drummond, Capella, Kanter, DeAndre Jordan, Bamba and other talented young Centers in this emerging era of quality and dominant bigs. Remember positionless basketball means nothing when you run into somebody that actually has a position and is good at it. Wiseman is a true Center! #1 pick.

He may not have taking a shot in this game but he didn’t miss a free throw, can’t say Dwight was ever a good free throw shooter let alone shooter. Looking back he was way too raw entering the NBA, maybe playing a year or two in college could've been very helpful for him. Injuries have further delayed his development and it has led him now to Detroit. He is really getting better defensively now being able to read and react to opposing defenses. He has all the skills and weapons to turn his career around. I just hope he is able to learn and develop the things needed to be successful in order to make the game much more slower for him.
