sausages any kindd you prefer
1 onion sliced
sausage bun
mayo
mustard BBQ sauce
BBQ sauce
1 can guinness beer
cajun spice
salt and pepper to taste
cut sausage in half length wise and remove casing
fry sausage on both sides then pour in beer and braze for 30 min
slice onions and caramelize after onions have colour ad some beer and reduce to a glaze
mix mayo and gold BBQ in a dish
combine ingredients into a sandwich and enjoy!
