I bought a 96 2 years ago and now I am replacing all the fabrics, putting on new doors, windshield an even putting on hydraulic break, I chage all the polies and cable. Can't wait to take it up again.
I can't seem to find any info on interior dimensions for the Challenger 2. I know LSA can be pretty tight inside, but with no local Challenger 2s to see and non-existent info online, figured one of y'all might know the interior dimensions.
I would suggest you check out the Excalibur at www.excaliburaircraft.com - they have a very wide cabin that does not narrow down - and a number of other features like landing gear suspension. The Ultralight Flyer
Light Sport and Ultralight Flyer I'll check them out. I'm not too concerned about width, but rather leg room. A plane where my knees are in my chest is an absolute deal breaker.
I saw in the interview that there are guys training others with these. Is there a SLSA version to make that legal? I'm just curious as I know SLSA status aircraft can be very expensive. If these are experimental A/B is there a way around that rule? Thanks
i have a challenger II special clipped wing... somebody knows about how to change the ailerons standard system with the nwe differential aileron system? please help ... need to buy this new system
Anyone put a transponder in one if these. All my local airports are inside a mode C veil. Breaking the law and calling one hour before flights are out question.

$26,500 when you can get a cessna 150 for the same price or a piper cherokee 160 for the same price. So tell me how this is a better alternative?
Asked the price of what machine aircraft?.
Is this wing fold-able? like put away wings so that it can be put in a trailer?
delsol7878 Wings are removable but not foldable. Takes about 20 minutes to remove them.
So then once it's removed, would it be stored as half of 2 wings?
delsol7878 That is correct you have two wings which can be stood on their sides or hung up, and a fuselage.
