    Thank you for interviewing Dan--I've been doing his program and it has been life-changing for me, I'm so grateful. I've had CFS/fibro symptoms on and off for 21 years--I was feeling quite hopeless several months ago after a really really bad crash and decided to look into Dan's program--it's wonderful. All the best to you.🥰💖

    Hi Sophie! I'm glad I found your TH-cam channel. Interesting topics and interviews. Thank you for sharing. I just started my own channel in swedish but its not as professional as yours. I'm still recovering. I'm 70 % recovered from ME. Doing ANS Rewire and it workes wonders for me.
    Keep doing what you're doing. Great work! /Cim

      Thank you so much Från :-) I'm glad to hear that you recovered 70% my fingers are crossed for the remaining 30%. And to be honest my channel keeps improving I'm learning how to do things better as I go along I think that's a pretty normal process :-) I'm glad you have a channel too we can't have enough of those ❤️🍀

    When you were talking about the language that doctors use... that is what I believe sets the stage for a longer illness... "it's chronic... very few recover.... you'll never be your old self" etc..
    That adds to the trauma of the illness... the removal of hope from so called experts... who in fact know NOTHING a great deal of the time.

      Langue maters so much and I'm hoping that everyone who suffers takes charge of it, it is something we can have power over and hopefully people feedback to the medical professionals how it makes them feel for them to be more aware of it and hopefully things get better

      @@ThePuzzleOfHealing thanks I have seen a lot more results lately. I was always focusing on the immune system with supplements etc. I had sessions with John Eaton who wrote Reverse Therapy and got results a month or so ago. Now I’m focusing on the brain-nervous system rewiring. Great interview & channel

I just briefly googled John Eaton, maybe he would be up for doing an episode as well, so thanks for mentioning him. I'm doing really good, enjoying my life and my projects :)

      I can’t recall, but I remember it was much less expensive than many other programs I looked at or joined in the past. And then when I joined, I felt it was a tremendous value. He put so much thought and work into all the videos and resources. I felt it was well worth it.

    Ockham's razor applied to the root cause of CFS. That has logic.

    This doesn’t really explain it. Where is the science?

    • @ThePuzzleOfHealing
      @ThePuzzleOfHealing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Based on what I know there isn't much scientific evidence. There was one study done on the Gupta programme but that's obviously not enough to say that this is scientifically proven. I think it is very much a case of trial and error and I came across enough people who had good experiences with these programmes that I think they are worth a shot. Because scientifically we don't even know for sure what ME/CFS or fibromyalgia really is which makes it all quite difficult to study
