You know what would be cool, every time you see the big flying lab I always think it's a white temple on top of a big mouintain, like the gods had, and the fact that it s in the cloud makes it better. What I would suggest is make a mountain under it and cover the whole bunch up as a greek temple, perhaps this is a lot of work, but you can maybe find a schematic for a mountain? And if you make it hollow you can get some great things in that mountain. Or make a space ship out of it, that would be cool I think. Anyway, keep rocking etho!
Etho..... i'm not sure if your sky base is loaded while you are on the moon, but if it is you can just get Jacklin to take your things out of your inventory. Great videos as always :)
Hey Etho, you can do 2 things. 1: The moon has ore on it so you can go mining for some, but you will need power to power the machines so i recommend the second one. 2: you can ask your computer thing to get your items from earth. I hope this helps you not die on the moon. :)

The things you do to prepare and accomplish never ceases to amaze me, but I have never cringed harder at anything you've done until I saw you tinker with galacticraft. I would personally teach you the way around galacticraft if I had the opportunity, but otherwise keep up the good work.
Etho, you can use a tool from Pistronics (a chisel I believe) to remove take parts of rods. I don't know if you get the entire rod back if you break it after removing pieces. I think this would make the street lights look much better. Keep up the great videos! Favorite TH-camr ever!
Might not work as the sensor might not be in a loaded chunk, so it might not do it... I do hope it does, I hate it when I have to kill myself to get out of a bad situation, and I hate it when others have to do it as well.
Dear Etho, To me, you stand out more than other minecraft youtubers because you often do large, complex, and crazy projects even if it takes you a lot of time. I know that you are more into PC gaming, but if you do ever get a console like the PS3 or 4, I would love to see you maybe play Little Big Planet since it makes anything you can think of possible all while having that happy and cute vibe. You don't have the 3 dimensional space like you do in Minecraft, but I feel like you would have a lot of fun with it. I would recommend the second one because it has more technology than the first, and all with easier access to it. Hi Etho, On pearls - you can automate the clams with hoppers, I assume pipes would work too but I never tried. It looks dumb but you can produce as many pearls (including ender pearls) as you want that way. On galacticraft - you can use your normal power if you run it into the correct side of the machine. You may need to use a universal cable to convert between power systems.
I think the wall looks great! Just not next to that bandit camp... it's a clash of technology! The new fishing village house looks nice and really ties everything together! ETHONAUT

Etho, on the moon in the caves there are the GalacticCraft and iron ores, I don't remember diamonds though. With the new ores on the moon, you can make new blocks, and materials to go to the asteroids and Mars. You can also find the blueprints in dungeons on the moon in the caves. Keep up the great videos!
For lanters along the road, i found a cool look with immersive engineering balloons and lanters underneath them, not only does it look nice but you can connect balloons with immersive engineering rope and use the engineers skyhook to traverse the land!
i know this is a skillion months old but every planet is a dimension and works with dimension mechanics. which means you can use mystcraft linking books.
Etho for lamps you need to use carpenter's fences coloured in some tree log (so it's bark), then just put a carpenter's torch on it (no overhang), right clicked with the hammer to form the covered version, the use a furnace as the colouration. It looks really cool, I used it on my modded island :D. P.S love your videos, keep up the good work!
Etho, You can press "F" while in the rocket to load fuel in manually. Just put the fuel can into the rocket, or take the fuel out of the lander and put it into the rocket.
Oh Etho... Dying won`t save you... The Moon will be your Grave... FOREVER.... Seriously though - I`m pretty sure you respawn on the moon.... Your best bet is to try and fly high enough with your jetpack that it thinks you are in a rocket - it works - and sends you to the TP screen... You will fall... Hard... And die... Infallibly - only 100% fall-protection can save you...But you can always get that stuff back at least... :3

Etho, you're officially stranded on the moon, you'll have to cheat in a fuel loader or do /dimensiontp because when you die, you'll just respawn on the moon anyway and it's impossible to get fuel in the rocket, plus you forgot to take out the fuel from the lander. I really enjoyed this episode but the extreme hype might've made you go a bit unprepped for the moon...

You do know that you can foul the rocket by accessing it's inventory and it shows how much foul the rocket has, and there is a slot for it to foul the rocket, I hope I'm correct.

The stone walls are definitely good, however they stand out too much because you don't really use any other gray colors in the area. I would say you should either put leaves like you suggested or make some other similarly colored structures or highlights somewhere around there. Nice work Etho, keep it up!
Instead of torches you need glowstone torches and when youre on the moon there are alien villagers and villages that look like squidwerd. there are ores on the moon two but only cheese ore i think bronze and tin
You do know that you can access the rocket's inventory, it shows how much foul you have in the rocket, and it has a slot to loud To fill the rocket up with foul.
The walls look great, Etho, very good idea, you should also definately make a lip around the front of the wall at the base and maybe somehow make the pillars slightly protruding outward, just some ideas :) Keep up the good work!

Etho theres a few things about Galacticraft u didn't relize. A. You can use RF you just need to put the output on the plug for the GC machines. B. You can add up to 3 chests on the rocket not just 1. C. You don't need the cargo loader for the tier 1 rocket. D. It doesn't matter if there's leaves near the oxygen collector on earth it just collects it. E. You need a lot of leaves and they need to be next to the collector. F. Yes you were supposed to bring a fuel loader because the fuel is in the lander and you use an empty canister to take it out. G. You can press F by default to open the rocket inventory and see the fuel and put cargo in the rocket. Like so Etho can see!

Etho, you can configure NEI to show less items, so you won't have to go through as many pages. In your inventory, click "Item SubSets" and then "Creative Tabs". There you can stop specific things from being searchable, such as AE2 facades and Microblocks. Under "Item SubSets" you'll also find "Extra Filtering" for drums and such. It should help performance and reduce search time :)
Etho, in chat when you get it in rocket it tells you the keys to use the rocket. One of the keys is F and it says that you can access the inventory/fuel so maybe you can put in fuel that way to get back home. Anyway, love you videos! Keep up the great work!

'Press F for fuel/inventory' - opens GUI *display* of contents. You can only interact directly with the cargo, NOT the fuel.
And you can take the fuel from the lander, because when you checked its inventory there was at lease a bucket in it.

You should also add a path along the retaining wall you built. Either above (The wall as part of the path) pr below (The wall creating the path).

etho you can use a carpenters hammer on the carpenters fence so that it doesnt stick to the lamp.

Love the idea of terracing the hills. I think if some of the land is used as farmland it would also add to the overall look.
If you left click a carpenter's barrier it will disconnect from the blocks it is touching.

Etho for lamps you need to use carpenter's fences coloured in some tree log (so it's bark), then just put a carpenter's torch on it (no overhang), right clicked with the hammer to form the covered version, the use a furnace as the colouration. It looks really cool, I used it on my modded island :D.

Etho, You can press "F" while in the rocket to load fuel in manually. Just put the fuel can into the rocket, or take the fuel out of the lander and put it into the rocket.
Oh Etho... Dying won`t save you... The Moon will be your Grave... FOREVER.... Seriously though - I`m pretty sure you respawn on the moon.... Your best bet is to try and fly high enough with your jetpack that it thinks you are in a rocket - it works - and sends you to the TP screen... You will fall... Hard... And die... Infallibly - only 100% fall-protection can save you...But you can always get that stuff back at least... :3

Etho, you're officially stranded on the moon, you'll have to cheat in a fuel loader or do /dimensiontp because when you die, you'll just respawn on the moon anyway and it's impossible to get fuel in the rocket, plus you forgot to take out the fuel from the lander.
I really enjoyed this episode but the extreme hype might've made you go a bit unprepped for the moon...

You do know that you can foul the rocket by accessing it's inventory and it shows how much foul the rocket has, and there is a slot for it to foul the rocket, I hope I'm correct.
Hellcatz181 //Normal Sub what the actual... that's not how anything works xD you fall of a space station, because the earth is below and the station doesn't have it's own gravity, but then the moon is x:30000000 z:30000000 so it's impossible for him to go there, and then once he gets there, you can't just "fall of the map" if you do, you'll see the void and die to later repsawn on the moon again

The stone walls are definitely good, however they stand out too much because you don't really use any other gray colors in the area. I would say you should either put leaves like you suggested or make some other similarly colored structures or highlights somewhere around there. Nice work Etho, keep it up!

Instead of torches you need glowstone torches and when youre on the moon there are alien villagers and villages that look like squidwerd. there are ores on the moon two but only cheese ore i think bronze and tin

You do know that you can access the rocket's inventory, it shows how much foul you have in the rocket, and it has a slot to loud To fill the rocket up with foul.
You just have to get in to the rocket and press F to access it's inventory.
I'm hope not wrong about it.

That's not how the moon works! The moon has day night cycles just like Earth, it's just that we only see one side of the moon from the earth.
No the moon is tidal locked or something (can't remember the name) and it just faces us permanently on one side.

Etho theres a few things about Galacticraft u didn't relize.
A. You can use RF you just need to put the output on the plug for the GC machines.
B. You can add up to 3 chests on the rocket not just 1.
C. You don't need the cargo loader for the tier 1 rocket.
D. It doesn't matter if there's leaves near the oxygen collector on earth it just collects it.
E. You need a lot of leaves and they need to be next to the collector.
F. Yes you were supposed to bring a fuel loader because the fuel is in the lander and you use an empty canister to take it out.
G. You can press F by default to open the rocket inventory and see the fuel and put cargo in the rocket.

Etho, you can configure NEI to show less items, so you won't have to go through as many pages. In your inventory, click "Item SubSets" and then "Creative Tabs". There you can stop specific things from being searchable, such as AE2 facades and Microblocks. Under "Item SubSets" you'll also find "Extra Filtering" for drums and such. It should help performance and reduce search time :)

A good idea for traveling quickly between the moon and the overworld is the mistcraft books I highly suggest using them :)!
etho, press 'F' whilst in a rocket to view its inventory. then put a fuel canister in the slot, then your good to go!

Etho, in chat when you get it in rocket it tells you the keys to use the rocket. One of the keys is F and it says that you can access the inventory/fuel so maybe you can put in fuel that way to get back home. Anyway, love you videos! Keep up the great work!
