It sure was nice of Amazon to give Abe Lincoln a job.
Nice to know someone notice my beard 😂😂🙂🙃🙃💚
🤣🤣🤣
Amazon technology and efficiency as well as human processes and procedures are AMAZING!!!😊❤
Great video, I did stowing had a lot of fun but it all ended because I got bullied out of the job site because of jealousy-and envy… the toxic narcissistic abuse … all I ever wanted was peace 🕊️ but it was impossible working around more than 100 people a day. Maybe in the future I work for them again as flex but never a full time employee anymore they killed my soul.. I was stowing at 450 or more that’s why I attracted hate and envy .. the funny part it’s they ask you to work fast and when you do it they have a reason to hate you
@Deadbeat187; Amazon might not for everyone it helps me to pay off some bills it's a job I'd like the job because their is no lay offs plus it's full time job you're on the clock every night or day shift.. I'd understand where you coming from though.. 😊
Definitely doing part time
Hmm seems like it's not a good place to be also I am gay I heard they gay friendly but now that you mentioned the bullying idk if I wanna go hummilliate myself now
I stow about 300 for four hours. I wonder if I will start receiving hate as well and I am not even trying.
I enjoy stowing.. as long as the items in the totes stay organized and the pick to buffer person doesnt mix things around haha
that is one big ass fan
I downloaded the app and I been trying to apply for my nearest location I have a part time but for 40 hours seems a lot I could do 20 make it part time and keep the other part time
i have no idea where these views are coming from but wow less than a week 1.000 views already o_O ..
Same here…my first stow video steered to 23k. I guess mass hiring. Associates search to see what is in store.
@mikeeonfiya; same as my building they always hiring some employees dont last long their some transfered like i did i had to to transfer because the building that i worked for amazon delivery station was too far out of my distance lucky where im from there is Fulfillment Center near me i can work close by close to home but it was fun experience to work in. 😊😄
why do you fill your server with middle C/D/E/G but you leave it at the stow buffer rather than taking it next to the bags. It is precisely to avoid these back and forths that you normally fill the service, comrade
@Menthereligieuz896 We gotten slammed that night with high volume packages but our Alphabet was
( A/B/C/D/E/G ) Same order yours might been different than ours. 😁🙃🙃
I just finished training two days ago. My first real day will be tomorrow. I'm nervous I'm gonna have piles of boxes and jiffies and be too slow :(
@Light_910; Just remember be yourself don't over work yourself as long you do you're job to be doing then you should be just fine also helpful tip just dont go off tasking then you'll be okay just make sure listen to the ambassador that is training you wish you best of luck.
✌🏽😊🧡
@gtcherryred7388 I walked off. I quit. 0 training and infinite boxes. Yeah, nope. I'm a combat veteran. The government pays me. I don't need that shit.
@@Light_910 ; i thank for you're service sir sorry you had bad experience not sure why you had "0 training" did you even go to the HR help desk to report your issues ambassador not training you properly to find you proper trainer?..
@gtcherryred7388 They trained me with a handheld device. I walked on site when I was supposed to they switched me around. 2nd day and they wanted me to stow 7-12 by myself. Nope. Fuck off. I'm not wasting time. I walked by my manager and said I'm not coming back I quit. I keep getting stupid AOTC notifications though. I uninstalled the app and now I'm getting emails. Fuck amazon and fuck bezos.

I appreciate these uploads. I'm curious... I know you said you worked a 10 hour shift. Did you have to do picking and staging everyday too? Or would they let you do something else instead?
There is no picking department in Amazon Delivery Station that's only in Fulfillment Centers
@@gtcherryred73 Oh, I thought it was called "picking" when someone gets all the bags from the aisles after the stowers fill them up. You never did that while you were there, whatever that work is called? Also, do you remember more or less how many hours you would do stowing each night for your shift?
@mdlt3286; it's sort of like that but it's more different I'm guessing you're calling you mean pick/staging it's more different then the ones at Fulfillment Centers.
@@gtcherryred73 I appreciate you taking the time to respond, so thank you. What I was trying to get at, aside from stowing, if YOU were required to do the work I described of grabbing the full bags from the aisles after stowing during your shift at the Delivery Station everyday? Did YOU have to do that work, or anything else after stowing when you were there? I'm interested in the 1:20am-11:50am shift, so I just wanted to know a little more.
When the oversized rack is full, the place next to the bags, can we put the boxes on the floor underneath the full rack?
No you can not place big boxes under neath you can place them aside when the rack is full.
I need more info because i would like it as a full time but 10 hours is alot so part time is better but i need to know more information because i see some positive and negative comments on here so is kinda harsh
Work in California busy all time not like that you need stow 200 package up per hour
@thuanlu7762; yep ours was 250 rate
What does pick/stage do? As I’m thinking of transferring from a fulfillment center to that position.
At a delivery station rn, it’s making fulfillment look like heaven.
Im starting off at 20 hrs a week 19.50/hr at the delivery station , am I able to just ask them if I can just do stowing or do they just have to assign me to another task?
@iankleyew2059; i would talk to you're ( Area manager ) show them you're scheduled that you have 1st then go from there then ask for HR for help desk if you want more hours HR is your best friend they got all the Answers for you good luck. 🫡
I am definitely gonna start that 20 hours because 40 that's a lot plus I work in a part time job in the afternoon
Greatly appreciate if you could answer my 2 questions.. I am planning to take a part time flexible schedule seasonal job as a "Delivery Station Warehouse Associate".
(1) Will this be a W2 or 1099? I want to be in 1099 as my primary employer may not want to see me in another W2.
(2) It says that I have to work 30 hrs/week. Can I choose the schedule based on my flexibility without being regular everyday as I have to be in my primary work location from 9 AM to 6 PM. Reason for going for a second job is am getting paid very less in the first job and need a little extra to run my family.
@user-cs6fb9ir8k; i would talk to you're HR on site to work with your secluding to get more hours but i would talk with your area manager 1st before going to the HR desk.
@@gtcherryred73 Thanks.. But please let me know if a seasonal worker will get a 1099 or a W2?
@@SaravanD79; you are most welcome yes you still get your W2 forums when you are seasonal worker when during tax season starts next year in January when they start sending them out.
And that's exactly what I am doing it for my evening part time job pays me a little bit so working 20 hours for Amazon would ideal
did you hire in as a blue badge or did you start as seasonal and then get the blue badge ? The only jobs I see are seasonal and I start in a week but I really want to stay on
@dannymay9037; I worked with amazon before i resigned took a break due to personal reason then came back I was already blue badge at then as i remember being a seasonal worker you must meet requirements you be on good standing for 90 days thats 3 months do not show up late or there be some Consequences do not be lazy at you're job or there chances you wont be able to come "blue badge" as long they see you working on good standing then their high chances you can get converted. You'll have to wait for email for confirming you want to work in full time.
@@gtcherryred73 thank you. I'm ready to show up every day and bust my butt. I want to get blue badge. I'm getting $21.75 to start as a seasonal ( $20.25 + 1.50 shift differential). I need this job.
@@gtcherryred73 first day is still a week away
My pre hire appointment is tnrw and for the delivery station I do 1:50am-11:50am I can’t wait! Whats the best job to chose? Or do they chose for you ?
They are the best job, just work
@@supremecarnage5071 bet
@Dreeking101 when you 1st get into the job you will be pick to buffer off the belt line for 2/3 weeks after that they will moved you into stowing after stowing you'll be accepted to do cross training after the 2nd month.
@@gtcherryred73 thanks!!
@@gtcherryred73 hi what is stowing? and what about the cross training? ill start soon with delivery station lol
how do you know the bag is yours
Eu perguntar ele homem surdo ? Trabalho amazon?
How to get a job in Trivalley,Bayarea
When you got hired, Can you choose the position you want or they will assign it to you?
Yes you can choose whatever position you want only in delivery station warehouse execpt for the dock area you'll have to wait 3 months to get accepted approval by operation manager to go the dock area then you get train by learning ambassador or unless you have experience from the dock in the past job history.
@@gtcherryred73what you prefer deliver associate or sortation ?
Are the dock positions easier than stowing?@@gtcherryred73
@@gtcherryred73how’s the OT in your station ? Got my blue badge in just two months got lucky, loving the job so far
@@gtcherryred73 In the UK at our station at least you get assigned a position start of shift by the supervisors. You can work Induct/Dock immediately and your training for everything lasts 1 day (Your first day), the rest you learn on Job.
do they have morning shifts or only night shifts? i was thinking of transferring to a delivery station from the fulfillment center i currently work at.
@deafdude1983; Amazon delivery Station has night shift only no day shift 4 days a wekk 1:20am to 11:50am.
@@gtcherryred73 okay. Do they offer a lot of VET?
@@gtcherryred73there are day shifts depending on what one you are at
Hey i saw you video and i want to know what is the stow rate you have
@FackerDroiid; Tnanks honestly it Doesn't matter as long you do you're job like your suppose to be doing you should be just fine but honestly about the rate you should hit 250 which ours standard rate when i was there at the time i just worry what i do at my work not someone else's rate.
Can you put in overtime, if u working deliver station at Amazon
@DajuanRavels; You can only go only 60 hours is the limit but the bad part is they'll cutt half of you're state taxes pay check if you go overtime you'll half cut percentage of you're normal pay wouldn't recommend if you need too..
How do you know that you have finished this aisle and need to go to another aisle? Does the device tell you this information?
When there is no boxes coming or jiffy's on the racks you'll just go to the next aisle when you are finished go to another aisle.
@@gtcherryred73 Gotcha! I'm on my 3rd day of training. Today we did a little bag reset, tomorrow we will train stow. Today also LA showed us about pick&stage, but I feel like I need more training. Have you already done pick&stage? Could you explain it to me in detail?
What do you do when the bag is full?
Just close the bag that's full and get a new one.
I left my arm was done and they have salty bullies at my job site haters ..another thing I didn’t like was no fans it got hot … the coworker was disrespectful…
@DarkLoneWolf187s; Sorry you had bad experience i guess i'd just lucky with good people around me at my location you just gotta understand amazon is not "playground" you just gotta understand work ethics i never focus on other people i just do my job were I'm assigned too.
Omg 😳 r u serious
I think I would rather work nights, but they are going to have me working mornings. My whole day will be wasted.
@arcticinja21; Nights are better more relaxing & chill its not too bad.
My first day for my training is 20 June 2024
@josephjayceetheodule8728;
congrats wish you the best of luck on you're journey.
It’s super easy job. Training may take up to 5 days and after that your on your own.
Can you listen to music while you work?
@ryanvega7420; Yes in Amazon delivery station you can but in ( Fulfillment Centers no )
Do you usually stay in that one spot the whole shift and every shift?
@deliciousfriedchicken; no we dont stay in one spot we go into different aisle when we finish clearing out the racks.
I have a question are they gay friendly or supportive or are they really rude or homophobic?
Yes They are very strongly supportive everything with military / gay of rights but they can be very politically depending on werehouse location i just mind on my job not my surroundings or someone politically viewing i'd never gotten into that type environment.
Is Amazon still doing sorting manually?
@frankcheung99; last time i've heard there making a Machine sort out the packaging a lot easier for the stowers they were adding new machine last when i worked their they were doing construction inside the building when last time i worked their we were only building that had automatic sorting machines they might have when i left might have changed since i've did the transfer.
Is delivery station easier than the fc? And would be the hardest job there?
It all depends on your liking on the job while working but when i worked at the delivery station the hardest part was ( picking & staging ) more Physical work at the close end of the shift at the delivery station you do more less walking than at FC because my building at the delivery station was Medium size building not as big Fulfillment Centers.
FC much harder
@user-zc9zt2vl5s i work at Fulfillment center at least my facility isn't hard depends on location you are in what they have inside the warehouse.
@@gtcherryred73ohh I see hmm 🤔🤔 interesting

@gtcherryred7388 thank u for 19 dollars an hour or less ?
@@gtcherryred73 u r getting paid good
@@RashadSims-bh3zz; it all depends on you're location area on the pay rate in the state where you live in could be high or low. if you want to work on weekends you get paid a lot more.

It ant really that bad of a job honestly as some people say it is.. Get paid every Friday
@@gtcherryred73so it's true is weekly job
KIRSY Louise Amazon Pampers 💒💒❤❤❤❤❤
U make it look easy but i know its not😮
It's really not that hard honestly just the part end of your shift is very Physical when you take container bags down to the Launch pad area.
The work itself is not hard. It’s pretty hard to mess up when you’re stowing because there’s always a guide if there’s something you do wrong or need help with. What makes it hard is the amount of physical work you do, repeated actions like squatting and lifting, and the hours (especially if you’re doing graveyard shift). But it’s doable and it takes time to get used to.
@shain.1930: i agree with you i was there for 4 months till i transferred doing it every night of your shift can be have mental health problems it is pretty easy to do just focus on the trainer learning ambassador that is he/she instruction too then you should be all good.
lol this job so easy deaf pppll do it🤦♂️
They really need to make pick and stage its own separate shift like how it used to be!@@gtcherryred73
must not be peak season
@SEBAS31077; No this was recorded back Mid September/August i am working at a fulfillment center now were our peak season started early this year in November 1st.
@@gtcherryred73is it easy to transfer to a fulfillment center?
@JoseRodriguez-xz1qx; as long you don't have active write ups in good standing you'll be able to transfer.
@@gtcherryred73 can you choose outbound or inbound? or they choose for you?
