      I like the fact that this practice starts with lying-down core work, then progresses to vinyasas with other stuff mixed in, and finishes back on the floor, including twists. It's good for building (rebuilding) strength.

    I have been trying to get back into yoga lately and have done a couple of your videos. I really enjoy them and find them challenging yet doable and I feel very encouraged to take breaks when I need them which I appreciate. I also like that you have some ashtanga videos, I have been interested in ashtanga yoga and would love to work up to that level of flexibility and strength! Thank you for your videos.

    I loved today's practice. I felt the strength and flexibility of the poses. It was just right. I felt safe during the transitions of the poses !

    Love the intensity of this! Would love if you could do another 45 min video or two in future because i've done all the 45 min ones a hundred times and am moving onto 30 mins for variety but 45 mins is more of a workout/relax time for me. Thank you!!! xx

    This is the first yoga practice I've followed with Fightmaster Yoga. Like some of the other commenters, I enjoyed the yoga-pilates fusion. I would have liked a few more standing poses, but the sequence was also fun as is. I hadn't encountered the bridge modifications before. Thanks for the unique practice!

    Nice and a bit different from the normal practice. I always wonder if it is a better to squat with raised heels or to stay as high as one must to keep the feet flat. I also wonder if shavasana is appropriate when one practices at the beginning of one's day. Thanks for all your videos!

      Thank you so much!! Ideally, it's best to keep the heels down, but you can always fold up a blanket or towel to put underneath the heels for support. I think savasana is wonderful at the beginning of the day, but I can understand how it could make one feel a bit sleepy. If it's too hard to get going afterward, you can always skip it...
