Probably a dumb question but I’m gonna ask anyways… can you get drunk from this right, the icing I mean I know you can’t from the cake bc it cooks out?
There's too little Bailey's in that icing to get drunk. You wouldn't get drunk even if you ate the entire batch of icing on its own by yourself without putting it on the cake.

tried this and the frosting was way too sweet.
Try adding a pinch of salt - this always tempers the sweetness!
