Those new wheels are a really close match to the screen used TV Version. A really good choice.

Nice job. Not mad about red wheels, silver better. Spotlights on roof could do with silver and gloss. Handles on door picked out and headlights. I better stop. Sorry Danny I'm a big A-team fan, and a fan of your channel.

White interior,& a lil' bit o' red detailing on the side exhausts,& detailing of the roof lights is all that's missing.

Great resto.......but......why didn't you paint the interior grey as per the series? Omitting the two tone paint, OK, but the grey interior would have REALLY finished it off!, and a dab of silver on those roof spotlights, that would have been perfect!
Tricky wee set of transfers Danny, you made them look easy. Folks always struggled with the stripes on full-size versions; I saw a few dodgy ones back in the day. Starsky's Torino was the other dodgy one.😂

Errl.has the die cast rights in 83,we all thought it was all black with the red stripe.Ertl.did it that way

1:19 I've always wondered how do people attach the car again and keep all the parts in place.
Usually drill out the posts and then use small screws to screw them back together again afterwards
Love your vids,what stopped you from spraying the interior grey while you had it apart or spraying the side pipes red?
With how beat up that was I was thinking it must be from the 80's. 2011... it's 10 years old! What Hot Wheels playing aged kid would know or want an A-Team van AND play with it like there was no tomorrow?

What do you use to replace the wheels? What is the axel? I have a bunch of my Hot Wheels and Matchbox from the ‘60s and ‘70s I would love to redo.
Why not the right color on the stripe and wheels? Red and not orange?

I know this is a newer diecast, but can't recall if they had any A-Team diecasts in the 80's?
I've had The Dukes of Hazzard, The Fall Guy, and even some MASH ones. But don't remember the A-TEAM back then.

I don't wanna piss on your parade, but shouldn't the part above the red line be charcoal grey? I think the original bus was grey on top

I'm confused. This was a custom but your paint was incorrect for the body. In watching the show and looking at pictures online, above the red stripe was always a silver or grey paint color whereas you chose to make it an all black below and above this stripe. Also, I think to do a restore, I'd had tried to find an aftermarket source for a new windscreen piece. To do this much work and only to put the scratchy wind screen back in doesn't look good, imo. I've seen you do better work. When working on an iconic television piece, as this, and trying to custom to make it right you need to go a bit further to get details as these correct since you're not taking it back stock from the company.
