Thanks for the really good information provided in the video! Helps a lot :) Would be nice if you could do a series or at least another video with other exercises like, pistol squats (or pushing through your feet), pushing exercises and tension exercises.

Wow the guy in the demos has a insane level hyperextension in his finger joints when he's crimping and underclinging

How do we progressively load these movements? Chin-ups, easy. TRX stuff, not so much. I am not really interested in wearing a weight vest and it gets really inconvenient with heavy loads. I do Pendlay rows but I fel like the specificity is lower than the exercises you suggested. My gym unfortunately does not have heavy enough dumbbells for dumbbell rows too :(.

Hey Blair, I had a similar experience with the DB rows and can share my solution: I put weight on one side of a squat bar on the ground, then put the other end of the bar in a corner of a squat rack.
TRX is great in that you just move your feet to increase the lever. I know I wouldn't be able to do that undercling-above-the-head motion if I was almost laying down on my back.
Basically, I think that's the point of this video: for us to be a bit more specific with our off the wall training, which demands creativity to accomplish.
