Hello, what type of glue is used for ceramic part gluing to pcb board. I have isue with both sensors that are mounted on back of ABS unit (oposite side of electronics board). Thank you in advance for your reply
Hello Rocks! Well, the glue that I have used to glue the ceramic to the pcb is Loctite 648 (video 18) and Loctite 2400 to glue it to the aluminum. I hope I've helped. A cordial greeting. Juan Carlos
@@quijote6284 will try to glue it and will get back to you with the results. Currently I have two faults 617B and 618B on system. Could you recommend if any special bleeding is needed after replacement of sensor back to abs unit?
@@rokasgirulis462 Hello! Okay. No, no special bleeding is required when mounting the pressure sensor unit. But when closing the ABS module, the correct bleeding of said module must be carried out. Sincerely Juan Carlos
@@quijote6284 i have tried to glue the sensors but no luck, fault codes remained the same after assembly and bleeding. Unit itself was not dissasembled. Probably there is some other issue with the sensors. Desided to remove the abs and install the ABS emulator. Thank!
@@rokasgirulis462 Hello! I am sorry that the result was not satisfactory. It is a pity that the ABS module has to be removed, but since it is going to be like this, perhaps with a little patience the module could be disassembled and checked, it would be interesting to know what the dashboard indicators reflected, and how what a mistake In any case, if your decision has been the one you comment on, it seems correct to me. A cordial greeting!
