I have one and the car is awesome. Kind of a sleeper....cause people always want to race and are surprised how fast it is from a stoplight and from highway speeds. The turbo really eats and the car pulls reasonably hard. I love the AWD and the sport suspension handles really well. I also love that I can hear the turbo / turbo's blow off vavle when I mash the gas or just rev it a little while driving. Test drove a lot of cars and am pretty happy so far.
Yup, I have a 2012 T6 in the US and love it!
I have an S60 T6. You should see how the lights look at night. It has cool active bending xenon headlights with "eyebrows" like a BMW and the tailights do have an LED surround, but the entire tail light isn't LED. Car is pretty fast and handles really well.
That party store you passed around 6:04 is out where my grandparents live. Lol I love the roads out that way, hilly and curvy.

If Volvo gave this car a dual clutch automatic with paddle shifters and an optional manual transmission, this car would stand a great chance against the C class or S4 and the 335i
This car is Leagues better than the C Class !! It has not only far more character and personality, but also, the C Class is BORING to drive and has almost ZERO Driving Dynamics!
I agree I own a BMW 335 with an n54 and it sound EXTREMELY similar to that engine

in a bubble i love this car. that is when you dont think about the competitors or the price this car offers a very compelling package but when you look at all the other vehicles in it's price it is hard to pull the trigger.
Great car !!! i always considered volvo to be a far reliable car than any german car. If they put their attention on the performance aspect and give the excitement car enthusiasts want, volvo will hit top sales ! they are in a very very good path though.. and if the polestar concept of 508 hp came ever into production would be a real killer, that car is EXTRAORDINARY !!!!!!
It is dual exhaust. I have one, trust me. Exhaust note and engine sounds like a beast!

This is a great car! Really surprised after an extended test drive of the R-design. Great drive and power(300+ hp n torque), nice simple interior w some of the best seats on the market. Priced in mid 40s, is very hard to beat when comparing to 335 or S4. Only small flaw maybe a lack of paddle shifts.

They have one here at the volvo dealer for $18k, only 51k miles. I scheduled a test drivef or next week if it's still there

What do you mean by unassuming? I have a new one and I bet that is what every Audi A4, MB C300, Acura TL, BMW 328xi, Charger R/T, Challenger R/T, says when they want to race from a stop light or at highway speeds. When I always beat them I think they might have a new respect for Volvo, lol. I have had a few people say they thought they were going to smoke me, and they got smoked. Car is pretty damn nice.
Compared to what? I have one and really like it. I test drove a new A4, C300, 328xi, and a TL, and I liked the Volvo. The A4's premium stereo was much better, but the S60 T6 out performed all of them, was a lot faster, and handled better.
No one said anything about a car review. It says POV drive.
Nice vid... It would have been cooler if you showed the details of the car before showing the entire car first. Also covering your license plate wouldn't hurt either. I noticed it only had 160 on the dash that's a turbo right?
About 3 series size. At least the E90 version. Not sure about the new ones.

Didn't test drive the 335i? That would've been closer in performance than the 328xi, at least in my mind with the turbo and all.
Just be patient everyone. Soon, hopefully, there will be an actual somewhat toned down Polestar S60 in America with upgraded suspension, wheels, brakes...ah I dream of the day!

You must be a special kid in school huh? If you knew anything about this TH-cam channel you would know he does not do "reviews" he does these types of Test Drive videos. And also the video clearly states that this is a "TEST DRIVE" right in the title. Nowhere does it say he is reviewing the car

I just realized this... for daily driving with comfort! why get an EVO MR? when you get this!!!! and is more practical! It also has a bigger trunk! and looks way better than the EVO X

May be the limitations of recording but I hear a lot of tire and suspension rumble. Reminds me of an old Infiniti G35 I had. Fun, but a little rough.
