Thank you. I have watched this several times, while converting my 97 with 130,000. I subscribed for when we decide to take it to 500 hp with the intercooler, bigger turbo, and oil slingers.
Looks good!!! Thank you for taking the time to make a video! This will for sure help out future customers. A lot of guys with lifted trucks will just mount everything directly to the outside frame, but I like what you did there so the filters are tucked up higher! Very cool! Thanks again! Ken
It really makes me wonder why people dislike something so well put out and detailed. Thanks man. I am no mechanic by any means but this video just gave me the confidence I need to get it done. Thanks 🙏
Dude thank you for explaining this shit step by step. I’ve been working on mine for over a year day by day so when I finally got it done it wouldn’t turn over because I forgot to plug in something and after watching your video I realized what. Good job
I knew i would like the video when your first tool was a step. I picked up this 7.3 yesterday and i cannot see in the hood at stock height. Great video thank u
So I bought this kit and when you show your regulator it’s holding pressure when it’s off. Mine doesn’t do that…..mine bottoms out when it’s turned off.
It’s speed up he recorded it like that I don’t even think meth heads talk that fast just slow the video down he probably did it so that it would be quick to watch
I used what Ken at crude diesel performance recommended to use with the kit my issue ended up being the fuel filter housing was defective. Where you screw the little blocker nuts in the threads on the filter housing had a small crack allowing fuel to pass by Ken sent me a new filter housing and all is fixed now
Yes.....the fuel bowl is aluminum and the fuel tanks are metal.....corrosion causes the the fuel bowl to fail over time, plus this deletes the mechanical fuel pump.....and regulator....this system is fixes fuel pressure problems!
You’ll have more problems keeping it mechanical than going electric. The 7.3 has a lot of problems with the fuel pump leaking and fuel bowl but it’s up to you
@@Metro_Plumbing you only have issues when you start trying to push big power out of these Diesel engines. Keep it stock and stay headache free. Electric is nice but I’m not too sure on the quality and longevity of the pump motor
@@kenxiong6830 I have a 97 f350 with 146k miles on it (stock) and I had to go e fuel bc the mechanical pump was in fact hurting the motor. Go on forms and look at the pro and cons and you can learn something.

This helped! Thanks man! No other video shows what happens after deleting the mechanical fuel pump once the bowl is deleted

Some people just like to hate or it’s not their cup of tea lol. Glad I could help, best of luck 👊

Awesome dude!! Pumped it helped 👊👊
Awesome dude!! Pumped it helped 👊👊
Good video. Well done. I am a mechanic by trade. Only thing I'm going to do different is filters in the engine bay maybe.
Installing mine today. Different kit im doing the driven diesel full kit but this video will be extremely helpful
I knew i would like the video when your first tool was a step. I picked up this 7.3 yesterday and i cannot see in the hood at stock height. Great video thank u
Thank you I used your video to install mine
Excellent video job!
By any chance do you if they sell the wire harness separate i lost my wire harness from tham 🤦🏻♂️
You talk fast!!!! Thanks for the video
Great video. What size is the fitting that screws into the pump outlet?
Sorry for the delay, I don’t check this that often. I believe it was 3/8s.
The banjo bolt step is a bit convoluted..... why not run a fresh line from the tank?
Got the kit!
Good video! You had me crackin up!
So I bought this kit and when you show your regulator it’s holding pressure when it’s off. Mine doesn’t do that…..mine bottoms out when it’s turned off.
Great video I really appreciate this
Glad I could help 👊
Good video.
you made it so simple bro
Glad I could help 👊
from pump filter, goes to injectors rail (banjo) and return lines go to regulator?
Good video but U need to slow down your talking a little bit and explain somethings a little better but i do really appreciate u making this video.
I set playback speed to .75. Helped a bunch

don't suppose you have a part number for that oil pressure switch?
Can the plastic cover go back on?
How much do you spend to swap everything/nice job excellent
Thanks. It was $1000 for the whole kit, spent like $15 on the aluminum angle.
LOL.......you were talkin so fast, i thought this video was on fast forward.
Good detail though !
Did you have any issues on the plugs on the fuel filter housing leaking I used permatex ptfe paste and I cant get them to stop leaking
Diesel dissolves teflon, thats why.

Why did u get a oil pressure sensor the kit doesn’t come with it
Did you ever get an answer to this. Getting ready to install the add on kit and wondered the same thing.
You are not supposed to use paste or teflon on flared fittings. Only on npt pipe thread.
Greetings, does this perform better or does it just simplify the fuel system?
Would it support 250/100 injectors?
Not too sure on this, sorry dude
What did you use to drill threw the frame ?
Bonjour - peut on avoir la traduction en langue française - et ce kit est il disponible en France ou peut on le faire parvenir des Etats Unis
Meth?
Lol, just sped up the video 😂
Possible OD on mountain dew.
By chance what is the green sealant you used on all the fittings
Gasoila E-Seal Pipe Thread Sealant with PTFE Paste
The venom is the top of the line in 2022
Bro slow down on the redbull
Lol, the video is sped up to get to the point faster and not watching an hour video.

Eh I’ll just stick to the stock mechanical pump after seeing the price on this kit.
that kit is actually super cheap
@@fromtokyo5533 cheap usually means trouble when it comes to diesels. How much was the kit complete?

Why do you talk so fast? Hard to understand some of what you are saying.....
Tap the three dots and lower the playback speed
