Using Teflon tape in fuel system can be a risky endeavor. It can end up breaking down and plugging injectors. I’m sure it has and can be done successfully, but one recommendation I have is using gasoila thread sealant made specifically for fuel and oil systems. Riff raff diesel sells it with their FRx and HPO crossover systems.
That might be the case for gasoline systems that run a caustic fuel. Diesel is not a very caustic fuel, so he’s ok running normal Teflon tape, just not on the unfiltered side so it won’t clog ur injectors.
If u what a dsl for power get a newer one & delete it. If u want reliability get an old dsl. They’re kinda slow at times, but don’t throw a hot tune on one, & expect big numbers cuz u won’t.
Not sure what it does alone but combined with a regulated return setup itll clear up space in the valley for easy maintenance and additional mods plus solving the #8 injector starvation and allowing them all to wear evently
Hey brother, sorry for the delay but they just informed us that they are out of stock at the moment but here is a link to a very similar, high quality kit we have used in the past: amzn.to/3okwGVR

How did you get the display for your engine on your monitor?

Can you link that kit you installed?
What did you do with the fuel bowl wiring harness ??
Cut out everything from the harness but the IPR valve connection.
Great video. How did you get the display for your engine on your monitor? That is awesome.
What kit should I buy?
What problem does this solve exactly? I've had no issues with the stock fuel setup on a '96 with over 200k mi

I got mine installed, but how do i fine tune the fuel pressure? Its "bouncing" between 50 and 80. Is it estimated in the middle or the highest mark?
Where did you get that dash display?
Did you have to adjust fuel pressure regulator
What do you do about the ipr
Im soon to inatll on my campulance ... Also whats that tablet i needs that ..
Do u have a link for the kit

Thank you! I plan to buy the same kit and this video will be very helpful for me
Fuel pressure needs to be about 60 65 I believe that looked to be pegging st 70 or so
What are the benefits of that
A standard filter with a decent amount of different versions that can fit. He's also basically done half the ground work for a E fuel system.
As long as you don't buy sinister diesel items your good 👍 ...I have tried money times but everything leaks and is garbage . ...
Definitely need an oil damped pressure gauge !
Just delete that stock fuel pump, & run an electric pump mounted under the truck.
That music sounds like they're hitting a piece of metal or a can roof it's annoying
Why is your fuel gauge jumping back an forth like that
