      BTC hits another bearish cost as individuals expanded their offers in order to make immense addition from the ascent however as we would all be able to see now the market is truly insecure , truly you can generally make more benefit from tradn instead of just hodlin and sitting tight at the cost of BTCto soar . Surely its an extreme choice for both old and beginners whose intensions are simply to hodl and sell yet rather the possibilities of tradnBtc would permit you develop yourBtc not disapproving of the current value graph and furthermore saving your butt from any future profound that may happen . I began tradn with Daniel Wright since toward the end of last year and till date have made over 16Btc even with the high points and low points since the excursion. With Michael's assistance I presently don't need to stress over the ascent and plunge ofBitcoin, you can without much of a stretch get to Daniel on Եҽlҽցɾαต (@Danielwrightfx)

      @Biyazid Cat Hey, I had a similar problem when I was training Muay Thai. Looking out at Google, I found out it could be an aneurysm, so I went to the doctor. Thankfully, it wasn't, but I have sinusites and I was having a crisis at that point, so every big effort was causing me pain. I did the treatment and I'm fine now. Never had another crisis.

    • @alrightythen1466
      @alrightythen1466 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Biyazid Cat punching correctly is how you punch as hard as possible. When you’re technique is right...you won’t need more power. Swinging as hard as you can’t makes you way to tense. Just work on the technique man. You’ll mess your shoulders up trying to kill the heavy bag without the proper form and technique. I would know, I learned the hard way.

    I remember back in 09 when I was tagging along with my older cousins to Bobby Rimmers who were looking to start their professional careers and they were scouting some pro trainers around Manchester.
    When we rocked up to Bobbys you were there training alongside Brian Rose for your 2nd Pro fight and we got chatting to Brian who talked us into buying tickets for the fight as he was on the card too!
    And money well spent, the atmosphere in that leisure centre was absolutely bouncing when you did the ring walk. It was a top night!
    Good to see you're doing well all these years on Tony!
    While you didn't have a lot of pro fights you had more than my cousins put together, the injuries in training got the best of them too!.....nature of the beast I suppose eh!
    All the best!

    As a 21 year old I haven’t sparred or ever been to a boxing gym but I have great knowledge of the sport and it’s legends and can’t stop thinking about boxing. Do you think I can still be a great/legendary boxer in this sport Tony?

    • @Tony_Jeffries
      @Tony_Jeffries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes mate you can - but being on a gym and having sparring is another level of experience

      @@Tony_Jeffries yes of course. I doubt you’ll reply to this question but why do you think I can still do it at 21, I’m not exactly 11 am I when I can go to the olympics like Muhammad Ali at 18 and have the world at my feet after winning gold

      @@AbdulGaffar-pv5bb Sonny Liston did it and he was in his 30s at least (some say he was 50) not to say you’re guaranteed to be a Liston but it’s mainly up to you. You have to eat and breathe boxing. I started sorta late too (17) and I believe I have a shot at making it far in the sport. Hell, maybe even in 2024 I can go to the olympics because I haven’t even been doing this for 2 years yet and I still can move like I’ve been doing it for a while. It’s all up to you, don’t rely on others’ approval for your success.

    5:32 i had an impression that uk olympic boxer get more reward when getting a medal... in my country all olympic athletes who get gold get about 72k uk pound, silver get about 36k pound and bronze get about 14k pounds, at least that was before year 2015 cuz after my country got a medal in olympic for soo long all reward increases by double... that was the incentives from the govt, not including other rewards from private sectors...

    I truly believe I have a shot at being able to compete in the olympics and represent the US in the 140lb weight class. Regardless of my disadvantage of having only 5 years of training by then compared to possibly over a decade of training that my European counterparts will have. Even if I just win a bronze medal (hell even get into the olympics) I’ll be satisfied. My main goal is to go pro though.
