Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes - Rule Of Cool Tier List

This was my first time really seeing characters from UNI and I was absolutely loving the game! This tier list is essentially how cool/fun/interesting ect. characters seem at a glance. I'll definitely be playing more of this game in the future because I wasn't expecting the list to end up looking like this! XD
