I agree with Mr. Peterson on the definition of work and a contractual agreement with society. However, I can see how left-wing socialist values are causing this agreement and society to crumble in todays world. I am a pensioner and have been alarmed at the ongoing disintegration of societies values as I have been robbed 8-9 times in about three years and the police have either ignored the issue or refused to do anything about it. At their request I installed cameras and the thief that took my car was caught on camera and identified and yet the police did nothing or could not apprehend the thief. It is as if some of these thieves are protected or the police are not interested in an age that crime is rampant. In one incident a ten year old boy appeared in front of a magistrate 70 times and each time he was bailed out. In many ways I blame the woke education system where magistrates do not believe that criminals should be held in detention.
