Bucky probably woulda done the same thing but Buck in the court of public opinion is still The Winter Soldier and I doubt they’d forget and forgive so quickly. It made sense why this happened and Sam’s Falcon stories can still live on through his tenure as Cap.

I’m just happy to see Sam Wilson’s first movie go hard out the gate, and I want this energy to continue with Captain America movies being more grounded. I’ll definitely be going to the movie theater to see this one. Okay, it’ll be the Monday morning after opening weekend, but I’ll be there.
