Makes sense of you think about it, he's apparently very reclusive, hence the ASMR when he's by himself but when he needs to communicate with others they're probably far away and he needs to make sure they hear him(remember TF2 was probably before advanced radio communication)

So I did some quick Google searches. Telephone was patented in 1876, Radio communication became prevalent around 1900 and WW2 saw the first use of radio communication in war. BUT by 1950 radios were still very big(according to images, they were about the size of Ms Pauling's phone).
Plus if I think about it, no one uses a radio in TF2 except maybe the Contractors(those Jungle Inferno thingies). No one calls for Medic by talking normally, everybody shouts. Spy warnings are also shouted. They would only talk normally if the person would be expected to be near them, like asking Engie for a building, asking Medic to charge you or dominating that annoying Scout. Sniper is the only one who whispers to himself because he was bullied for not being like the other Australians(because he isn't), so he learnt to be by himself leading him to become an expert marksman.

But Australium is a metal that Australians use to create high tech stuff, and MANN.Co provided a respawner that would help RED and BLU fight to the death infinitely. That's what i recall, i might be wrong.

The funny part about sniper is he is the most hypocritical class he say be polite and then he proceeds to roast every class he dominates
So of the charcters are so funny that they deserve a spinoff game. I imagine a 3D sniper insult game where you battle austrailns with words and sniper rifles. The insults increase Damage.

WAIT WAIT WAIT, I SPOT SOMETHING! The 1# quote where Sniper says „You know what you and Jane Austen have in common? You are both dead women“, it could be possible that Sniper says this voice line tow… Pyro!? There are no female mercenaries on the battlefield (from what we know ) and the only women in the game that are active are the Administrator and Miss Pauling, but then again they are not on the battlefield fighting and the merchenaries have only known Miss Pauling, they don’t see her as an enemy. Soooo the only possible reason why sniper would said that is to say how awful Pyro plays, because he is actually a woman, and in the culture of memes „women can‘t do anything properly“. It’s either that or Sniper insults the other merchenaries, calling them women, for their bad play.
sniper has called pyro a girl/woman many times in his lines like the "thanks for the warm up sister" and engi has also called pyro "sorry ma'm" so yea :0
