I hope this reaches more people! This is common sense thinking! Im born and raised in America but was soooo lucky to be raised by a mom who provided us with the most nutrient dense, organic, whole foods. Her income was extremely low but she made it the priority! I think the thing here is that it’s “grind culture” so everyone thinks they need to be full speed on everything every day and then people burn out. It just leads to a plethora of bad habits. Love how you worded everything! It just makes sense!!
