As a hairstylist for the last 20 years, thank you for putting out this video! All your advice is sound and so good for all hair types. I will add that if you have very fun, very thin hair, you’re not necessarily doing something wrong, genetics do play a major role, but if you follow this advice, your hair can be it’s best version.
God made you the way he did on purpose ♥️

I am a new subscriber and I have old hair breakage. Can I treat it and eliminate it? I have a lot of gray hair and hair loss, frizz, rough and dry hair, and I have hair gaps, especially in the front of the head.

@user-nn7jz7xg7q yes you can definitely improve the quality of your hair following the advice in this video. You may also want to watch haircare videos from a youtuber called Katherine Sewing who has category 3-4 hair which is prone to being very dry and frizzy. She fixed her damaged hair and it's extremely beautiful and long now. Your hair texture changes a little over time with hormones too, so if your hair is going grey then the texture will be slightly different from how it used to be, but you can still improve it a lot following a more natural and nourishing routine.

Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy.
I took care of my diet, eating nutrient-rich foods, especially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.
I worked out regularly and practiced meditation for stress management.
I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to minimise hair damage.
I even started applying LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil along with a neem wood comb.
The result was hairfall control and the recovery of my confidence.

The last part was the best. I’ve personally suffered trying to change my hair when I was young with 0 compliments. The minute I let my natural hair be, rain of compliments were coming! I also learned the hard way to appreciate all the God giving beauty to what we contribute in the world. Being different is beautiful! Some people don’t even have hair to play with! Health is beauty! We should be grateful for every single thing! Love this video!

I've had such rollercoaster journey with my hair, I used to have type 2C/3A, and very dry hair, I always had split ends, and if I didn't use deep conditioner, or leave-in conditioner, my hair would feel like hay, so I started using a products for curly, dry and damaged hair, I tried a whole bunch of different products, and after years of that, now my hair is super thin and breaky, I get an oily scalp within a day, my curls/waves are completely gone, and it actually got to a point I had to chop my hair off use of how damaged it got from all of the drugstore products, but thanks to you, I am now starting my natural hair care journey and hopefully my hair will find its strength, volume and curls once again!

I love your approach and you’ve reminded me why natural beauty is so truthful and fulfilling! I for years have left my hair untouched, almost no cutting, no color. The allure of the stylish women or women of other eras is enticing, but allowing and accepting what God has given us, and really maintaining it with the upmost care is going to make us feel more relaxed and much more beautiful and it allows the inner beauty to show more I believe! Keep up the good work encouraging women to take care of their bodies hair and souls and bringing this light to all in the process!

The plants I use are : rosemary, sage, thyme, lavender, neetle and mint.
It made a huge difference to add these plants in the vinegar for the health of my scalp and my hair. They help with hair grow, hair loss, dandruff, dermatitis, itching, etc.

I can vouch for the egg hair masks! In high school I used eggs, olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil before showering 3x a week and my hair became so thick and dense I had to get my hair cut every 6 weeks.😂 it also became 6in in circumference when straight and pulled back in a ponytail which was fantastic too.

@@farhanachowdhory8769 I used a full egg. I found that egg whites or yolks alone weren’t the best for my hair after washing. You might have a different experience depending on your hair type.

@@farhanachowdhory8769 it never lingered for me after I shampooed my scalp twice and then conditioned. The mask never sat on my hair longer than 20-30 minutes and I usually cleaned with it on so I wasn’t noticing the hair mask at that time. Tbh I don’t notice the smell anymore but it’s probably because I’ve become accustomed.

So inspiring! I am on the path to natural living. Would you be willing to do a video on your diet, how it influences your health today, how it healed you, as well as how your faith influences your diet (i.e. kosher, etc)? BTW, loving the Tea with Lea podcast!!!

Lea, I've been watching your video's for many years and really enjoy them - thank you so much for taking the time to make them. And thank you very much for this video - I'm so grateful for it! I've been detoxing my hair from harsh and toxic chemicals for a while but was struggling to find a good natural hair care routine for my class c type hair. I started implementing the tips in your video and have had great results immediately - I love it and it is an easy, manageable and affordable hair care routine!❤

As an owner of a hair growth brand / mask, I thank you for these useful tips. So many people expect to have overnight results, but hair growth just doesn't work that way. Got to have the patience, feed your body the right, nutritious food, using right / gentle products... thank you :) Keep up the good work!

I am here in complete envy of your gorgeous hair. I have yet to find scalp care that doesn’t irritate (things will feel AMAZING while it’s sitting on my scalp, but then once my hair dries it’s an incessant itch again). The result is my hair is lackluster and in general no bueno.

I am so glad you have a hair care routine that is budget friendly. I really want to do this, but I work in an office so the transition period may be a challenge but I am really wanting to do this so I"m hoping to find a strategy that will work with my busy out-in-the world life style.
