As a person who has been dieting ( accountable eating) for over 30 years. Most of what your saying is true. The lasting periods of weight loss I achieved happened slowly over time with increased activity and adding lots of fruit and vegetable. Pretty simple and easy if you stay the course
A lot of people try to over complicate it, simplicity and patience always wins.
