As a person who has been dieting ( accountable eating) for over 30 years. Most of what your saying is true. The lasting periods of weight loss I achieved happened slowly over time with increased activity and adding lots of fruit and vegetable. Pretty simple and easy if you stay the course

Really if you are a person that changes a lot through time then tattoos not are for you. I started the rock culture at 22 and at 27 get my first tattoo. Now at 34 I'm finishing my sleeves. I'm still the same. Maybe now hear more soft rock than metal but still Rock boy today and forever.

I’m going through this right now. I have like 20, and want to keep most, but want to pursue getting 4 removed. Trying to lock in for a long journey, since I know it’ll take prob years. And also buy dermablend in the meantime to cover them up if I want 🥲

I’ve had a lot of laser. Yes it hurts but it’s worth it…and quick! The sessions that is, the stuff your body does after that takes a while but sooo satisfying to see them vanish. Good luck

I hope this reaches more people! This is common sense thinking! Im born and raised in America but was soooo lucky to be raised by a mom who provided us with the most nutrient dense, organic, whole foods. Her income was extremely low but she made it the priority! I think the thing here is that it’s “grind culture” so everyone thinks they need to be full speed on everything every day and then people burn out. It just leads to a plethora of bad habits. Love how you worded everything! It just makes sense!!

I got the same one for a decent price and it works so well I love it so much it’s like the g7x but not hyped up as much 😂😂 it takes really good night photos with the flash in my opinion they’re better than the g7x (but I’m biased because I love it and all the features it has)

I have a bichon poodle & when I say he's 13 people act the same way. (He's actually going to be 14 in May!) But those are the same people who think he's a puppy when they see him. He acts just like he did when he was younger. So yeah, they def have a lot of life left at 8 lol. Cute dogs!

Do you feel like looking back now if you were older and took your time you would get tattoos that align with you more or not getting any tattoos at all now? Like the aesthetic of tattoos have changed and there are a lot of cute small dainty tattoos now as well as fine line tattoos and patch work or again you probably wouldn’t have gotten any at all now?

Great job sharing your experience! I did an experiment on myself years ago and it messed up my hormones. There sadly isn't enough research on women and fasting and it should be talked about more with females. Glad you're finding what works for you and not fasting anymore!

I think the tattoos are just poor quality , a little big & in the wrong places. The mandrake looking one on your arm is pretty good. You would look lovely covered in tattoos of that quality. Spread evenly throughout your arms. Big ones and smalls ones with cute words to fill up space. We all have tattoos we dont like for most people it’s the earlier ones and then they learn from there. I hope you managed to get them removed 💕

I don’t know you personally, but I just wanted to say I think your tattoos are quite beautiful- they all tell a story no matter what kind of story. But I also totally understand where you are coming from in terms of removal even as someone who wants more tattoos myself. I like fennel seed essential oil. It prevents hair loss, stimulates growth as well. Requires a carrier oil however.

I have at least 20 tattoos from a very good artist and I've had 3 removed. Mainly so I can replace with something way better. I'm almost done with them. It's a lot of sessions so requires patience. Black ink is way easier to remove also
