After you've sanded the 1st layer of epoxy flat, its best to add 3 to 4 layers of exoxy in one session waiting for each layer to get tacky before applying the next. That gives you enough resin to sand flat. Once you've sanded that flat with 400 wet, apply one final thin layer which you can lightly sand with 600 grit and apply a UV resistant clear.

Any UV clear coats you recommend? I've never sprayed clear through a gun, only those 2k Spraymax aerosol clears.
Looks good tbh! But have your detailer come and wet sand and buff it , I detail for a living , I’m always fixing carbon fiber
