Follow the money. This was an inside job. Every warden in the food chain from inside and outside facilitated these terrorist escapes. The wardens were paid and provided the means and tools for the terrorists to escape.

This escape is possible without any involvement if they were held together. Just sneak in a makeshift metal and hit that wall for years and it will give in. This happened as a result of lazy cops that don't launch thorough room check.

It is a case where the escape is facilitated by the same individuals who ought to provide security. In the preliminary investigations it was reported that the hole through which the terrorists escaped was chiselled from inside and OUTSIDE! What does that tell you? The terrorists didn't escape. They were "escaped" by corrupt prison security officers!
