If you had not chosen to post this, I never would have realized how easy it is to remove the bearing hub. I will now be able to properly remove my broken ABS sensor properly.
Dude, THANK YOU for putting this online! You should consider putting the phrase '2nd gen hybrid' in your title. DIY videos are few and far between on the hybrid fusions. I would have found this two days ago probably if it at least had the word 'hybrid' in the title.
Say what? 76ft lbs for a Axle nut? That supposed to be 148ft lbs bro. Someone gonna lose a tire riding on the highway. If you read the instructions that's for the ball joint torque specs, because by the book they ask you to remove the ball joint to access the hub.
how in the world did you get the hub off without unbolting the shock mount and moving cv out of the way? I tried everything to get a socket onto the rear of the hub bolts! Good hustle my man!
What he calls a breaker bar, is a swivel ratchet. In using that, it can be damaged. A breaker bar has no ratcheting head on it. It has a a a square drive head( 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 ) connected with a pin, to a bar that swings 180°, perpendicularly, swinging laterally, not rotationally.( ratchet ) KNOW YOUR TOOLS PEOPLE.
Bro your amazing! Finally a 2010 Wheel Hub assembly without pressing the bearing in, I applaud you!

I believe you read the wrong tongue for the axle nut. It reads ball joint which some guys do remove to get to the hub retaining bolts.
Thank u .. I wish i could change it my self .. 500.00 dealership price
Is the same way for a 2011 frod fusion?
Big Ups Momo !! Thank you

Are those torque specs for 2013 to 2022 fusions?
Could you add the part number for the wheel bearing assembly?
You really dont need the part number you can find it with the name
Good job
Excelent, so good
Thanks a lot! Did you have any issues during removing wheel hub from wheel knuckle?
Respect!#💯#simple!
Would be nice to know how long it takes.
32mm
Can you remove the wheel studs before you undo the bearing
You could. You have to rotate them around to where they won't hit the brake back plate and then hit them with a hammer to pop them out.
32 millimeter

Great video, thanks for all of the details. Do you really need an alignment if you don't unbolt the knuckle?
Not really but an alignment is good worst if you didn't gave one for a while
Learn the difference between a breaker bar and a ratcheting wrench.
32MM axle nut socket by the way
Yeah you don’t have to take the shock bolts loose I’ve seen a lot of ppl do that
