    What a wonderful lesson.
    Didn't even realize that my body so flexible until I completed the lesson with you .
    Breathing has totally changed.
    It's deeper and effortless.
    Thanks dear for sharing a wonderful movement

    i used to tell people that gong home on my lunch break and rolling around on the floor in pain.... was the only thing that would give me some temporary relief from my chronic pains.

      I think i aught to do that now, something was relieved,but, my back hip pain felt worse going back and froth , not for me, ????

      @@cinmac3 I went to physical therapy for low back pain for like 3 years before. The most helpful thing I learned before this feldenkrais was massage therapy and about how to have good posture from the posture restoration institute said that people can't breathe and can't rotate because they are stuck in spinal extension and right-handed posture. My scoliosis has corrected 2 1/2 degrees in the past 1 or 2 years.
