Just finished, I'm not sure what happened, I'm having a new appreciation for what I see around me, I am present, thank you 😊❤️

Now I really love the longer lessons, you need long lessons to find out about yourself, I need much more time and experiments to get to know my own body better. Thanks so much, Alfons, excellent presentation like always, brilliant teacher.👍🙏💚
I injured my right knee while skiing long time ago, so I did feel strained on my right side when I was observing myself doing the movement, wildlife photography is just as important like you said .
My left leg moved much smoother than the right leg but when I did the opposite directions the left foot didn’t do as good and easy as the right foot then I remembered I ‘d hurt my left foot when I did barefoot running even on the lawn.
After the lesson, my right leg (side) was much easier and felt lighter, like pure magic, I know there will be more work to be done on my left foot to feel the same .
And I love the ‘rest’ ! It took me double the time to finish the lesson , I needed more time to observe myself.
    You’re a philosopher.
    Thank you again

I did some regular leg exercises yesterday so my leg muscles were already sore when I woke up.
    Wow,feeling great now. Excellent 😮
How can I get a private lesson please?

I'm hyped for this one, I'll update my comment when I've actually done the lesson 😁
    Edit:
There we go. Holy moly this one was indeed complex. I laughed out loud several times while trying to get my feet to cooperate.
It did wonders, lessened chronic pain, and made walking easier. Definitely coming back to this one again, thanks Alfons ❤

This was not easy. But feels good now. I had a terrible accident a few years ago and feel stiff and weak. The adducturs and just holding up the leg on one site were challeging. Is This also strenthening or do i need to do other exercises?
